My son was in Segment 1 in the Bedford location in mid summer. After two weeks was told to start the class over because he wasn't studying. He restarted Segment 1 in August and was given a work packet which we then realized was the issue that he didn't do well in the first course because the materials were never given to him. The second time he passed the class. However it has been two weeks since completion and he has not been given any on the road training. He and I have repeatedly contacted the instructor who will not return our calls and texts. I have called the main office to complain three days ago and was told this would be escalated to the owner. I still have not heard from the instructor about a driving schedule. At this point I've left another message for the office demanding a partial refund and proof of him passing the written part of segment one so that I can enroll him in a reputable and professional driving school. Made me extremely uncomfortable, I’m not religious and he forced me to listen to Christian music after I explained I wasn’t comfortable with it. Proceeded to insult how I was raised and made multiple remarks about me. I’ve never been more uncomfortable and he just further made my fear of driving worse. Everyone Ik that is AFAB was mad extremely uncomfortable by him idk how they’re still in business in all honesty. Read Less

My daughter has been in seg 1 for 5 classes.. 3 of the classes the instructor has been at least 5 mins late. 1 class was canceled all together. The other the instructor left 5 mins in and left the class to the motorcycle volunteer that was there to teach the kids about motorcycle awareness.. I will not be using them again!! Read Less
