The dashboard had exactly what you need and nothing distracting, which helped me focus on driving instead of figuring out controls. Karma created a comfortable environment from the start, asked questions, checking in often, and that it is okay to take things step by step. He came prepared, had handouts and visuals that actually helped things click. When you're already trying to process so much behind the wheel, having something clear and easy to reference makes a huge difference.
