Expensive. Difficult to schedule behind the wheels. I would carefully monitor the website towards the end of every month. Literally .. set an alarm bc it's so difficult to schedule. Poor communication/website interface. Example: you can change your address and will not be notified of how their system processes those changes at the time of the change. They will not let you know that you need to cancel or check your email for new details after you update. (It won't schedule you for the previous address either) Unless you are closely monitoring emails, you will not know that your behind the wheel doesn't adjust to include your updated address. (Especially if it goes to your spam.) Then, you will be charged $75 to reschedule. Texts will only tell you vague details btw. Date and time. "See email." You're naturally going to assume that bc the website accepted and updated your address change that you'll be picked up there .. no. Then, staff will treat you as if you're insane for not knowing how their system works without being told. You don't get flagged on the website. Nothing. Luckily, I was able to quickly reschedule at a different location. I'm grateful for that. But, never again. Ever. It was this terrible with my daughter previously without the address change. The online course my daughter attended had many interruptions by the other children and teacher. It was difficult to focus. They were very unaccommodating with BTW due to a medical condition that didn’t allow my child to drive for 6 months. They would not budge on the 30 day between classes and issued a very small refund! I have called three separate times to get assistance on with signing up for my son's firstbehind the wheel lesson. We signed up online, but we have yet to receive a confirmation email. I left a message each time I called and no one has bothered to take the time to return my call. It's ironic, because their voicemail message states, "All messages will be retuned within 24 hours".
