They are happy to take your money, but when you try to call to schedule your behind the wheel. Good luck getting out scheduled. It will always go to voicemail and don't expect a call back quickly. ...
They are happy to take your money, but when you try to call to schedule your behind the wheel. Good luck getting out scheduled. It will always go to voicemail and don't expect a call back quickly. Then they charge extra if you don't submit the permit at the correct time. The cars are getting old. Kelly wears an ear bud in her right ear while trying to instruct or maybe you will get the time she has errands to run and you will be her chauffeur while she drops stuff off or maybe she wants to shop at target and you wait in the car for her.

A cash cow for the owner/operator. The level of engagement is minimal. Behind the wheel lessons fail to inform the student about the details of driving exams given in Minnesota.

If the untied driving school has wronged you please call the MN DOT to file a complaint!

My kid took his class here and it took a year after getting his permit to even get his first behind the wheel lesson. During this lesson he felt extremely unsafe with the instructor. I contacted the school and there decision was to refund me part of my fee and advice me to find a different driving school. They refused to give us a different instructor. This instructor had grabbed the wheel while he was driving and vaping while setting up cones and my mid said she smelled like Marijuana when she got back into the vehicle.

My family was very disappointed in this school. After informing the receptionist that our child had a learning disability, it was never communicated to the teacher. The teacher humiliated my child in front of the other students, saying "You must not be very good at #%^*, right?" Not only did this teacher humiliate her, this teacher smelled of cigarette smoke and took an extra long smoke break during lesson time. I went to pay my child's remaining balance. I was told "we haven't accepted debit/credit cards in years!" and was sent away. I had no way of knowing this. I returned with cash. I waited while phone calls were answered. However, before answering the calls, the receptionist said "Why is everyone calling? Can't a person take a lunch break?!" I expressed my disappointment and said "We have 4 other children needing lessons and I know NOT to send them here! You will be losing $1,400 in business." The receptionist did not care.
