Glad the place is shut down. I graduated from there. Been driving for a few years now. They just taught enough to pass the test and that was it. You really did not learn anything at this place. The people they hired to teach were the worst. All had attitudes. I came close to grabbing one of their instructors up and beating the brakes off him.

Sad trainer telles stuff very little Truck driver will ever exin their career. The class room guy cannot tech and let's people in training figure 6 months down the line he don't need bonded nor half the informations unless you do doc bonded warehousing for shipping. This has confused so many drivers in the career. Now the older gentleman that is a instructor is the most amazing teacher for driving cannot thank him enough. Now I've been in training for 6 month with a Independent contractor and have learned more from Steven Vance LLC then the school could ever teach in 10 years don't believe everything taught there but learn your training on road experience with Brady and Melissa as two great mentors but older gentleman is and will always be best in class. But Class room don't listen take some but not everything because you will feel stupid by bonds and stuff and if your a company driver you never hear again Independent contractor may. But truly you want real training i have a true instructor that would blow that school out of this world and teach what real world driving is about brokers and carriers. Love you instructors!

C1 is a great place to learn the skills to get your CDL! All the instructors did a great job of paying attention to those who needed help grasping the task at hand.

C1 is a great place to learn the skills to get your CDL! All the instructors did a great job of paying attention to those who needed help grasping the task at hand.
Special shoutout to Bill, Mike, and Chris; you guys are awesome teachers!
For those who plan to stay at the provided lodging, I've included pictures of the room I shared with my assigned roommate. Don't expect too much from the room. It's not really even set up for two people--there's only one dresser and one nightstand--, but it's got A/C, heat, a TV with cable, and mostly passable Wi-Fi.

my experience at C1 was fantastic. The staff in the office was very respectful and the instructors in the yard were very knowledgeable. The instructors were nice and handled different situations appropriately. I would and do recommend this school to anyone wanting to pursue a trucking career. Thank you C1 for the experience and memory's.

The best Truck driving training School in Missouri..I did not see many people fail here...I did see people quit..the instructors are experts in what they are doing and it shows..Hank hill Paul the yar...
The best Truck driving training School in Missouri..I did not see many people fail here...I did see people quit..the instructors are experts in what they are doing and it shows..Hank hill Paul the yard dog is very strict, he wants everyone to pass the state exam. I am from Baltimore MD and will still recommend this training School for anyone who wants to be a truck driver...Thank you Joe Brown for helping me with my confidence on the road and yard.

They will laugh at you and act like your stupid! Made me just feel like it wasn’t for me so I just went back to doing what I was doing and good at.

Every instructor is knowledgeable and articulate in there instructions on a daily basis. They work with good character integrity and pride in what they do, C1 truck driver training school should be your choice for learning how to drive a truck. Trust me if you pay Attention. You will learn a lifestyle and a respect for the industry.,Not by force but by the high standard you want to attain as they have in their careers and there job as instructors.

It's a great school with great instructors...but make sure you go to a company that will pay your school loan off. The school charges 18% interest, so make sure you don't end up like me.

The experienced team of CDL instructors here make this one of the best truck driver schools around. I had always wanted to become a truck driver so I went to C1 Truck Driver Training in Springfield and they helped me get my CDL license and find a truck driving job. Not sure what else I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend this place if you're wanting to be a truck driver.

Glad the place is shut down. I graduated from there. Been driving for a few years now. They just taught enough to pass the test and that was it. You really did not learn anything at this place. Sad trainer telles stuff very little Truck driver will ever exin their career. The experienced team of CDL instructors here make this one of the best truck driver schools around. I had always wanted to become a truck driver so I went to C1 Truck Driver Training in Springfield and they helped me get my CDL license and find a truck driving job. Not sure what else I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend this place if you're wanting to be a truck driver.
