Class was rescheduled to a zoom meeting due to the snow storm on 29 Nov - Omaha location. Instructor gave the class a break and wouldn’t let her back into the zoom classroom when she was on time, sitting in front of the computer. Reached out via phone call, email, - with no response from a physical person and tried Facebook messenger - only to have read messages and no responses. You all are thiefs. I have filed with the attorney General not only for myself but for every other person you steal from. I am a single parent I was at a class at 7.58 per sign inside of class had to go repark my car in rear of building when I returned I was turned down from the teacher. I am a single parent of two. I work nights. Not only can I not be in a class at 7.45 am because my son needs to be put on a bus I do not have the funds to pay over and over for 1 min. I sp...oke with many people in this company the have me the run around and I spoke with another woman maybe 10 min ago. Tamara Grant? Says I was aware of th policy ? I was there miss at 7.58 nothing states in any email or from the national saftey council parking requirements. I have now just written to the attorney General Maura Healy in Mass . She will make sure that this policy is corrected. No person should be required to pay 65 for something as simple as parking. I have been in other classes and students have been let out at 8.10 to out passes on there car. I will go above Tamara even after filing with the attorney General. I am helping lots of people who have been in a similar situation with this facility. It's stealing. They are thiefs. It's horrible I'm a single parent as is working basically to provide meals to my children and keep a roof over our head and this place would take the last 65 dollars I have. I do not think so. I would rather have someone drive me around because this is the point it's not about the money. I do actually need what I have to pay co payments for my sons asthma medication. Shame on you all. Hopefully Maria Healy will help all mass residents. This place is unprofessional and honestly it's not that they teach anything I don't already know. I work too much I get tickets rushing. Mr Reynoso was the instructor today in my first aid class, he was very professional and taught above any basic expectations I'd had. He made learning easy and fun. I found this class very informative and helpful.Registration was also very easy. I did this in person.
