Our instructor, Ms. Moon, was unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the experience. During lessons, she took personal phone calls while teaching, which made the student nervous and distracted. She also made inappropriate comments pertaining to race, which was completely unacceptable.
One lesson that was supposed to last an hour was cut short to only 45 minutes because of her own personal obligations. She said she would “make up the time later,” but we had already paid the full amount upfront and felt stuck continuing with the program.
Ms. Moon was informed that her behavior and conduct were inappropriate and not good business practice, yet the problems continued.
The final issue was on the day of the driving test. The student paid for a 2-hour session that included a one-hour lesson before the DMV test. However, after dropping the student off at the DMV, Ms. Moon left immediately, leaving the student with no ride home after the test. A family member had to leave work to pick the student up.
When we explained that this was unacceptable, Ms. Moon told us the driving school charges an extra fee if the instructor waits for the student during the test. This was never clearly explained beforehand and felt extremely misleading considering the amount already paid.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and felt like false advertising. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, especially Ms. Moon.

I took one course with the instructor Newell and it was amazing I ended up passing my road test because of the tips and information I got from him I had experience driving already but someone pushed me to go to a driving school to touch up my skills in a more professional way and just when I thought I had it all together I learned with them I didn’t lol and now I passed because of the in detail course I took HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Also they have the most reasonable prices and positive attitudes compared to others!!!

This is the best driving school for adult and teenagers. The Instructor is amazing very understanding and and you can used there car for your road test I will recommend the school to any. They make sure you are ready , are with you till the end . I had an amazing experience 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊. And they also pick you up for your house as well

My son has intellectual disabilities, and Ms . Perkins was an excellent instructor. She was patient and helped build his confidence and skills on the road. Because of that solid foundation, he has been a successful, defensive driver for almost 2 years. I highly recommend this school!

My older daughter went to a different driving school and I wish I stayed with them. They were booked for my younger daughter and I should have waited.This place was recommended through a neighbor who later apologized for the referral.At All American, you can never get someone to answer the phone. And I mean EVER! If you leave a message you can expect at least 24 hours to get a call back. Although the instructors are good, the inefficiency of their office makes it very frustrating. The place they have the road tests is a closed course, and a very difficult one to pass. We learned this the hard way, and they over charge for the class prior to the road test. I would NOT ever go to this school.

The initial driver was not a good instructor. They switched my daughter to a different instructor who was much better. Upon initial contact and payment, I was told that the fee I paid included taking my daughter for her road test, however the day before her road test, I called to confirm because I had not heard from them and they were the ones who scheduled her test, I am told that I would have to pay an additional fee. I'm very disappointed in their service. Had this information been presented ahead of time I would not be upset. I must say they were very courteous just not upfront with all of their fees. I feel they said it was included just to book me as a customer. My daughter was very disappointed.

Poor customer service. They can't even answer their phones during work hours! I've been calling since they opened until the last 5 minutes of them closing for the day! I honestly think no one's workin...
Poor customer service. They can't even answer their phones during work hours! I've been calling since they opened until the last 5 minutes of them closing for the day! I honestly think no one's working there or they're just being paid to just sit and listen to the phone ring? I'm basically calling myself. I feel like I'm not the only one. They may go out of business anyway. Who knows...

Don't know what kind of business they run ..but just had a older gentleman driving the training car they have in Florence nj..driving aggressively and speeding slamming on his horn real nasty ..because cars were not going fast enough for him to go through a yellow light..ya not ever going to hire them unless I want to teach road rage. Driving instructor Newell Kehr gets high marks from our family! He gave lessons to a teenager with a disability and filled her with the confidence, that YES! Of course she can get her license! He was obviously a real professional when we advised him in advance about our concerns, and he followed up with a bottom line phone call. So for all you folks who need an experienced and sensitive instructor to teach the kids to drive, we just want you to know that we were impressed.

Our instructor, Ms. Moon, was unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the experience. During lessons, she took personal phone calls while teaching, which made the student nervous and distracted. She also made inappropriate comments pertaining to race, which was completely unacceptable.
One lesson that was supposed to last an hour was cut short to only 45 minutes because of her own personal obligations. She said she would “make up the time later,” but we had already paid the full amount upfront and felt stuck continuing with the program.
Ms. Moon was informed that her behavior and conduct were inappropriate and not good business practice, yet the problems continued.

I took one course with the instructor Newell and it was amazing I ended up passing my road test because of the tips and information I got from him I had experience driving already but someone pushed me to go to a driving school to touch up my skills in a more professional way and just when I thought I had it all together I learned with them I didn’t lol and now I passed because of the in detail course I took HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Also they have the most reasonable prices and positive attitudes compared to others!!!

My son has intellectual disabilities, and Ms . Perkins was an excellent instructor. She was patient and helped build his confidence and skills on the road. Because of that solid foundation, he has been a successful, defensive driver for almost 2 years. I highly recommend this school!

They were booked for my younger daughter and I should have waited.This place was recommended through a neighbor who later apologized for the referral.At All American, you can never get someone to answer the phone. And I mean EVER! If you leave a message you can expect at least 24 hours to get a call back. Although the instructors are good, the inefficiency of their office makes it very frustrating. The initial driver was not a good instructor. They switched my daughter to a different instructor who was much better. Upon initial contact and payment, I was told that the fee I paid included taking my daughter for her road test, however the day before her road test, I called to confirm because I had not heard from them and they were the ones who scheduled her test, I am told that I would have to pay an additional fee. I'm very disappointed in their service. Had this information been presented ahead of time I would not be upset. I must say they were very courteous just not upfront with all of their fees. I feel they said it was included just to book me as a customer. My daughter was very disappointed.

Driving instructor Newell Kehr gets high marks from our family! He gave lessons to a teenager with a disability and filled her with the confidence, that YES! Of course she can get her license! He was obviously a real professional when we advised him in advance about our concerns, and he followed up with a bottom line phone call. So for all you folks who need an experienced and sensitive instructor to teach the kids to drive, we just want you to know that we were impressed.
