I can see why they went out of business. The lady who handles everything was completely rude and arrogant to myself and my son. I should have walked away and got another driving school. However my her son took the lessons And liked one of the drivers which I believe was the owner. I believe the lady who handles everything was his mother. However I had paid in advance for them to take my son on his 17th birthday to get his license and to have a 2 hour refresher course they were no longer in business. He should have got rid of his mother And possibly he would a stade in business

Excellent service. Price was great. They easily accommodated my busy schedule as well as my son’s sports schedule. Instructor was well trained, good natured and very friendly. My son was extremely nervous about driving and he immediately put him at ease making for a great overall experience.
Highly recommend!

If I could I would give no stars!!! Very rude and not accommodating at all for kids that are in sports. Make me drive to them and then tells me that they can't it's not working out cause they only have 2 cars and instructors. Close the doors and that's it

I used their services when I was a sophomore, and both of the driving instructors were excellent, patient, and taught be very well. They are reasonably priced, and because of their instruction, I am a very confident driver. I'm so glad that I went with them.

I paid them 6 months ago for driving lessons. Today is my 17th birthday and now they don't know me any more. Because of them I now have to wait two more weeks to get my license. I'm going to tell all ...
I paid them 6 months ago for driving lessons. Today is my 17th birthday and now they don't know me any more. Because of them I now have to wait two more weeks to get my license. I'm going to tell all the kids in 10th and 11th grade. So no one will have to go through what I did today.

Absolutely 0 stars from me. The owner Steve, seemed like a really nice sincere person, but his mother or wife (cant figure it out), is the one who handles the calls and the paperwork, is the rudest woman I have ever encountered. When you ask the normal mom questions.... like will we get the same driving instructor for each lesson (usually moms are more comfortable with that) or can we have 2 - 3 hour lessons instead of 3 2 hour lessons... you get talked down to as if you were a five year old.
As a working mom who has always held a management position (and just a person with common sense) the customer should be treated nicely with respect. Especially if you are looking for recommendations. Anyway, I actually paid, my son took the test, (even he was rolling his eyes and asked me what her problem was ) he passed, set his hours up and we left. On our way home, I thought about what a terrible experience that was. We went back and got my $270. back.
I then called Howell Driving School, they accommodated me within the time frame needed (I have 2 daughters that went to Howell Driving School and now 2 sons that will be) and even thought they are slightly more money, its well worth it. You get treated with respect and they are nice and their drivers are experts!!
You could do what you want, but this rude woman was not worth saving a little money. I wouldn't want her to get a dime off me.

I can see why they went out of business. The lady who handles everything was completely rude and arrogant to myself and my son. I should have walked away and got another driving school. Excellent service. Price was great. They easily accommodated my busy schedule as well as my son’s sports schedule. Instructor was well trained, good natured and very friendly. My son was extremely nervous about driving and he immediately put him at ease making for a great overall experience.

Absolutely 0 stars from me. The owner Steve, seemed like a really nice sincere person, but his mother or wife (cant figure it out), is the one who handles the calls and the paperwork, is the rudest woman I have ever encountered.
