My son’s road test was scheduled 6 months ago. I called two days prior to confirm we would be using them for his road test. The morning of his test, no one came. To make matters worse, it was his birthday. He was devastated!! Luckily we drove to the DMV and All Jersey Driving School picked up the slack by taking him for a refresher. My first phone call to sign my son up was so easy and it gave me a peace of mind that he would be in excellent hands. Scheduling times was super convenient to his schedule. On his first time going out he was nervous scared and very hesitant to go. Only because he was getting into his own head and yes it is very scary but the instructor was extremely patient with him and reassured him that it would be ok and they would start off slow. Before driving away she went over everything in the car, gave him important instructions, reminders, and knowledge. Information they learn in the manual and in drivers Ed class but to have hands on experience and reinforce in person was extremely important. He came home smiling ear to ear so proud of himself, more confident, having a better feeling and comfort behind the wheel. He is so excited to continue. I am so thankful to have assistance in this process and Jodie is amazing. I highly recommend this driving school. The owners are so helpful with any questions and make it very welcoming when signing up. Everyone is so nice and helpful during the entire process. I just encountered a crossroads driving car with trainee and instructor on rt 206 in Southampton nj.. When the road splits and becomes 2 lanes (passing zone)  the instructor had driver go into the left lane. In NJ left lane is for passing not to jam up traffic. I was in the right lane in front of the crossroads car, when it went back to 1 lane she sped up and tried to get in front of me ( I was well in front of her) then the instructor let the driver lay on the horn. I have my cdl for tractor trailer and charter bus. Nothing that this instructor did was lawful. I know I wouldn't let any of my children or relatives use this company. Read Less

Crossroads Driving School is the best around!!! Hannah Heil had her 6 hours of behind the wheel with Jody and she was fantastic!! Linda just took her to Cherry Hill yesterday to take her road test and she was great as well - really made sure Hannah was prepared! She picked her up at home and practiced parallel parking and a few other key points - once she passed, she took her to dmv to get her license, and dropped her back to school! I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone with kids who need their 6 hours of behind the wheel or anyone who needs their services the day of the test - they were a pleasure to work with!!! Read Less

My daughter was scheduled for her license test today with Crossroads and no one showed up. No phone call, nothing. The appointment was made weeks ago and was confirmed with a live person at Crossroads yesterday. It's my daughter's birthday today and she has been looking forward to this day for quite some time. I am proud to say that, even after she was disappointed this morning, she said there are far more worse things that have happened recently in the world and to put this in perspective. I was so nervous about parallel parking that i did it 10 times on the day i was heading to take my test, and on dec 10th I passed it with ease thanks to them. My daughter took driving lessons with Crossroads. At the end of the 6th session, Crossroads failed to provide her with a certificate which proves she completed the course. When I reached out to Crossroads to get the document, I was told it was already provided and a replacement copy would cost me $10. My daughter is certain the certificate was never provided to her. This is poor customer service. Furthermore, why does it cost $10 to produce the document. This company will nickel and dime you. Read Less

I'm driving down route 38 around 930am on Monday I notice the driving school car in the left lane car number 212 I believe I thought that was strange then the driver darts all the way to the right lane with no blinker! Cutting off a work van and a large truck I watched her speed over 55mph and lane jump at least 3 times with no blinker within 2 miles I pulled next to them expecting to see a young kid turns out it was the driving instructor driving that way! I asked her to roll down the window and why she doesn't use blinkers she flipped me off and told me to watch the road she had 2 minors in the car. I just called your business and reported the vehicle I really hope she is fired I'm really mad that she had 2 minors in the car driving like that one she could kill them! Do NOT rely on these people. They just completely failed to pick my daughter up for her pre-test hour long refresher. Since we only returned from a 10 day vacation yesterday we were counting on this to help her get her license. We will not be using them for our second daughter. Read Less
