If I could give this zero stars, I would. I called Robert on 7/1 about my son needing a driving lesson and to use the school's car for his road test. He agreed, gave me the price, and we scheduled the first lesson. The plan was that if he felt my son needed more lessons, we would schedule additional time. About a week and a half later, on the day of the appointment, he called and said he was running behind. Our lesson was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., but he said he wouldn't make it until 2:00 p.m. I completely understood that things can come up, so I gave him some grace. Then, at 1:45 p.m., he called again and said, "Hey, I just put your address in my GPS, and it says 50 minutes." He then said, "That's a lot of time. With the price of gas and the drive, I don't know." I asked him, "Are you canceling, or are you just going to be late?" He replied, "I'm canceling. I can't do it." I told him that was extremely unprofessional and thanked him for his time. About 10 minutes later, he called back and said he could do it that day because he was already out, but for any future appointments, I would have to come to him. I reminded him that he had my address from the very first day we spoke. I said, "I thought you would have at least checked the distance before scheduling the appointment." His response was, "Yeah, I know. I've been telling myself every day since I took the appointment that I shouldn't have." So he knowingly kept the appointment on his schedule and waited until the day of my son's lesson to cancel because of the drive time. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We went to Cherry Hill driving school for the last of my three kids. The driving school that sent my older kids to couldn’t find time to give my third son his lessons. That is how I found Cherry Hill driving in school. Rob was the best instructor I have ever experienced. My youngest son is the most responsible driver and learned that skill from Rob. One year later, I called Rob again. I gave him short notice and asked if he would take my son for a lesson and for his test. Rob figured out a way to accommodate us and picked up my son early on the morning of his birthday/test day. They had a parking lesson/driving lesson and then my son used his car for the test. Rob was absolutely amazing. I was afraid to take my test but he gave me the confidence that i needed to get on the road. He is very patient when doing lessons & straight forward! I recommend everyone to come here. You will not regret! Read Less
