Absolutely wonderful to deal with. From setting up a meeting, to scheduling the lessons. Was given step by step process the whole time. The day of the lessons my son drove with Robin. She was a delight and my son loved her. Made him feel so calm and confident. Took away all the fears of getting on the road. We will be using them for our daughter for sure.

My daughters 6 hours went great with her instructor Robin. The entire process of getting her permit/DMV - to driving and feeling very comfortable, to sitting down with Robin after and going thru all the paper work & particular things she still needs to work on. I feel very confident driving with my daughter & she will consistently say “Robin said I should do…” Thanks professional driving school - we will be back for a refresher before her test.

Robin, our daughter's instructor, was great to have. Prior to taking our daughter out on the road for the first time, she had set up a couple of phone conversations to discuss what was required from us in terms of paperwork, etc. On the first day of pick-up, Robin clearly explained what their route was going to be, what lessons will be taught and what to expect overall. Second day of pick-up, Robin once again explained everything clearly. Robin and Professional Driving School, as a whole, were a pleasure to work with. Our daughter was happy with the lesson and we, as parents, were happy with the overall process and the confidence Robin has provided our child. Thank you again Robin and Professional Driving School.

I am a 33 year old mom of 3 that just moved to New Jersey from New York. I have never drove & had major driving anxiety. I called Bill & he got right back to me .. he set me up with his driver Robin & she was AMAZING ! Extremely kind & patient! I did two 6 hour classes and by the end of my first 3 hours I was driving across the seaside bridge !!! That was something I never thought I would do ! I can’t thank you guys enough for giving me the confidence & skills to be the best driver for my babies ! THANKYOU .. THANKYOU .. THANKYOU !!! I highly recommend them

Used Professional Driving School for my son's 6 hours. Great experience and everything went very smoothly. Permit process was done very quickly and his instructor was on time and made him feel very comfortable behind the wheel. She brought him down to the testing site to get him accustomed to what he would need to do for the test....added bonus we weren't expecting. Thank you Robin and Professional Driving School.

Professional LOL nope. Made an appt for my kid, which he stood us up for, even after I called to confirm. He called 36 hours later, apologized, but then started screwing up info again. I called him out, asked him if he wrote stuff down, he told me he didn't need my abuse and hung up. Former baseball coach, Bill Frank, he should just drive for Uber instead.

Terrible! I had to look at my daughters disappointed face on her 17th birthday because they never showed up . They were supposed to pick her up and take her for her test with their approved vehicle. N...
Terrible! I had to look at my daughters disappointed face on her 17th birthday because they never showed up . They were supposed to pick her up and take her for her test with their approved vehicle. Never showed and never returned my calls. They should be ashamed of themselves. Very unprofessional!

They were absolutely awful!! They never returned my calls and on top of that we called 6 months before the date of my 16th birthday and they said they will be there on a certain day at 8! THEY NEVER S...
They were absolutely awful!! They never returned my calls and on top of that we called 6 months before the date of my 16th birthday and they said they will be there on a certain day at 8! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE!! DO NOT GO HERE! The worst experience ever!

My daughters 6 hours went great with her instructor Robin.
