DO NOT GO HERE! This was the worst experience i have ever had with a company. I was going to be late so i called in advance to let them know i was on my way. The woman on the phone was very rude about this and said that “you should have just followed the directions on the paper i gave you” (even though i had set an appointment over the phone and have never even seen anyone that works there) and more remarks about how i should have been “smarter with my time” This upset me but she said they could wait 10 minutes and i said okay. When i arrived they refused to make any effort to even reschedule with me. They said to call the phone number and i said I didn’t want to do that because the woman i had talked to was very rude the last time i had called. The man got very close to me and said “It couldn’t have been!” In a very threatening tone. The man said “that’s my wife” and i said “Just because she’s your wife doesn’t mean she can’t been rude to someone” and the man (which i now know is the owner of the company, Mr.McGinnis) then said to me... “GET THE F**K OUT OF HERE” This is absolutely wrong. I paid money for this guy to curse at me for my concerns in his company. I hope this review takes away from his company and all of this is not to mention that i called another company and they said that’s not the first time they’ve heard that about McGinnis and they’re PRICES WERE WAY BETTER and the AVAILABILITY OF CLASSES WAS WAY MORE OPEN. This is a terrible company and i STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Read Less

If it were possible to give zero I would. Major storm happening at time of lesson and they still charged a high school student $37 for a “cancelled” appointment despite the fact the weather was ridiculous which they could see looking out their door. Manager was zero help too, all she did was quote policy. Customer service is dismal. Go somewhere else for your lessons so you don’t get ripped off too. And the 2.6 rating is still to high even though it's awful Read Less
