Tried to set up classes twice, a week apart between both calls, no one called me back. Only writing because when I called to let them know no one ever called me again there were no apologies just excuses. So if scheduling cannot be done in a timely manner and customer service is definitely not a priority than how can we trust the service. Disappointed wanted to use someone local. Read Less

Horrible customer service and unprofessional owner. I paid for ten lessons for my daughter -Frank the owner was the instructor - lesson one was combined with 2 for an hour/half went ok. Next lesson at 3pm Frank doesn't show or call and leaves my daughter waiting in front of her school for 1.5 hours...I called his cell several times and no one picked up! He finally calls my daughter at 4:40pm stating he had a family emergency umm ok. Next lesson my daughter feels ill and didn't go to school - my daughters mistake is that she waited until 10 mins before the class started to call Frank - per FRANK he was already in front of the school (mind you the driving school and her school are 10 mins away) - frank gets annoyed at my daughter, tells her she did their out of spite and wouldn't teach her anymore and for me to call to get my money back!!!! I did call him and asked him why did he tell my daughter that she did not call on time out of spite and he says "this is America I can say what I want" REALLY!!!!! This is America????who childish and unprofessional is he! I explained that it was a mistake on her part but not to overlook the fact that HE did not call or show up for her lesson, at least my daughter called him! Long story short, his mistake was ok but my daughters was not so he dismissed her! Way to go Frank - you broke my daughters heart!! So insensitive! I've sent a message to her principle so that he can inform the staff in case any of the parents call asking for advice on driving school!  Please don't take a chance this man is an angry insensitive person! It's a great driving school... I had a great instructed that teach me, how to drive as a first time driver... I will recommend any one that would like to go there to learn how to drive... I felt it the first time... But didn't gave up... But took it second time and pass it like I hit the lotto.... I was so release that I pass... I went to this school because I am terrified on highways and I wanted to overcome that.  I explained that to the instructor and told him I wanted to get comfortable with his car before I went on highways and did not mind paying for an extra lesson to do that.  So what he did was to tell me to make a turn - right onto the highway.  I was actually terrified and shaking.  I don't remember the name of the instructor but it is enough to say that he was possibly the most insensitive person I may have ever met and managed to actually heighten my fear.  Thanks for that.
