Nooooo proffesionalism what so ever, rude. I think the store is connected to a personal line.. No greeting to customers , don't remember appointments, or call to verify and when u call to verify a time for lessons they ask u the same questions u jus told them u were calling about, and then act like u have no clue what ur talking about!!! LONG STORY SHORTY I LOST MONEY BECAUSE I CHOSE TO WORK WOTH THEM AND THEY DIDNT COME THRU I PUT OFF CLIENTS JUST TO GET LESSONS AND THEY NEVER HONORED WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO... AND I LOST MONEY I COULDVE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I KNEW HE WAS GONNA CANCEL WITHOUT REALLY CANCELLATION -____- ( waste of time and money that I didn't get to make) smh Read Less
