This is the 2nd review I have ever written and I had to make sure I gave Ben my driving instructor all the praises for helping me pass my road test after taking multiple lessons with him. I previously over the past several years took lessons with another school in Canarsie and I wasted so much money and found Pierre Paul Driving School on Tiktok after I saw a review by a young lady who I ultimately reached out to who said Ben was her instructor. Ben is patient, kind, funny and he makes sure that you learn from your mistakes so that you can apply it to make you a safe driver. From the constant reminders of looking over my shoulder or checking my mirror and giving me great tips on how to know when to turn left/right were so valuable. He helped me master my parking and 3 point turn and he constantly encouraged me and said no matter how many lessons you take if you dont apply what you have learned it does not matter. He said there is no doubt in his mind that I will pass and I surely did. I simply cannot thank him enough for building my confidence, teaching me how to drive when my past instructors only cared about the money, and dedicating his time and patience. You are the best teacher and I sincerely thank you!!!! He is the only instructor you need to help you pass as long as you listen and pay attention to what he is teaching you. Thanks to Joseph and Ben (instructors) I was able to pass my road test! they both are very professional, They know how to keep you calm and motivated while teaching you, and you are actually able to learn at the same time. They make you feel like family. They both went beyond their way inorder for me to pass (they even went as far as to schedule my lessons past business hours just to accommodate my availability) and I am very greatful for that. Personally this driving school ...made me feel that it is more than just the money!! Their main focus and goal is for you to pass! They focus on your weakness without making you feel like a failure, they encourage you tru every lesson, every mistake and they don't stop until you get it right in a calm and familiar manner. As a first time young adult learning how to drive I was very nervous on not only getting behind the wheel, but also driving in general. But Pierre Paul driving school made it all easy, they are well organized, and most importantly very kind. My inrstuctor bernard, is hands down the absolute best. He is patient, takes his time to explain everything thoroughly so you can have a great understanding. No questions asked, he knows what he's doing, he is very knowledgeable, and encouraging. They will convince you in any way to get more money out of you, they managed to take $180 from me with a whole lesson package idk how I must've been high to really have been convinced to dump that much money on them.Once they take your money, you'll never hear or see them again unless you make the first call and even then they'll say they'll call you right back and never call again. The whole "ask for Ben" vouchers are bs because he's so busy and they'll dump one of the other instructors that nobody wants to proctor your lesson.If their late it's your fault and you should've choose a better time to accommodate their schedule.If you have a lesson on the day of your road test YOU have to go to them at the office and you better hope they don't have someone else lined up right after you because they're going to try as hard as they can to get rid of you so they can go pick the next person up. They'll really try to dump you at any corner and make you wait for another instructor that's not coming. Once again I don't know how they convinced me someone else was really coming to the middle of no where to pick me up... I ended up having to walk almost a mile to the road test site in the middle of no where in a terrible neighborhood just to meet another instructor and end up failing the test. Refund policy is garbage, "10$ or 10%" which ever one they can take the most from meaning if it's under $100 they're taking 10$ if it's over then it's 10%. But in the end, they're not giving you any refund back, you'll never see a dime of what you spent there. Instead of a refund they'll try to offer you deals to take more lessons with and spend more money.
