I had Abdul as my instructor and it was probably the best help I could have gotten for my driving test. I was experienced before, and he was very helpful and reasonable pricing a custom plan for my lessons. He is very direct, which I respect but may not be for everyone. He was very patient and kind and I passed my test first try!

Poor customer service Kenmore location . I had a family member contact your school to purchase your # 2 package. The person over the phone quoted $835, ok fine. But the next morning when we attempted to pay with a credit card we were quoted $875 and cash or check only. Your website site does note specify that form of payment for packages.

The worst experience I’ve had - both with Abdul and Jim. Jim screamed at me - did not care to let me explain where I struggle or to see how I drive to fill the weak spots. Given my test is the next day - I assume that’s a good teaching strategy. Everytime I tried to ask a question he wouldn’t let me even finish my sentence - then he screamed at me like a maniac! When I said you’re being condescending and won’t let me ask questions - he lost his mind and said I don’t want to work with you. Which was fine because he is a horrible teacher and was extremely disrespectful. Abdul was slightly better although him pulling up videos of his ex students singing his praises while I’m driving and showing them to me is the worst thing to do as a driving teacher. I texted him after the experience with Jim and asked for my money back - given my test was the next day and now I’ve learned on his car (got one lesson) - and Jim totally destroyed my self confidence - according to him there was not one single thing I did right. Well lo and behold o passed the next day - Abdul didn’t reply to me on the day, two days later he refuses to return my money - he says I cancelled. Yes I did because his colleague screamed at me 5 minutes into our lesson and Abdul wasn’t much better. Honestly both of them are just old men wanting to feel like important men telling people what to do - they don’t care about what works or what you need or even if you have any questions. I also find it dodgy that they only accept cash in hand.

Abdul is an excellent instructor. He is empathetic, patient, and highly effective at helping students learn from their mistakes. His teaching approach is structured and methodical, guiding students through corrections step by step without making concepts unnecessarily complicated.
He is also consistently punctual and offers exceptionally fair rates. After comparing several alternatives, I found that many other instructors charged significantly more while providing a lower standard of instruction. Given the quality of his teaching, I am genuinely surprised that he does not charge higher fees.
I would highly recommend Abdul to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, supportive, and reasonably priced instructor.

I would recommend this driving school to anyone. They provide the 5-hour class, driving lesson package, and a car for the road test. My driving instructor was Mr. Abdul and he was a great instructor. My first time taking the test and I passed. Of course it is pricey but as long as you put in the work you’ll get what you paid for.

They seem to have a nice reputation for great lessons and instructors, but I've been given the impression that they do not have the greatest communication. My mother called them last winter to try and figure out pricing information of their packages. She said she couldn't understand the accent of the guy talking to her on the phone. I ended up doing lessons elsewhere. I did get my five or 6 hour class credit from city a1, as it was cheaper than the school I did lessons at. Anyways I decided later on I didn't like my school so much. I was interested in buying lessons again elsewhere to obtain more practice before a road test. Keeping my mother's experience on the phone in mind, I decided to try written correspondence by email. Been well over a week now, maybe two without a response.

This driving school is very unprofessional. I bought package 1 which include 8 lessons but so far I am only able to attend 3 because Abdul never makes it to my appointment. Today I was suppose to have a lesson at 9am but that got pushed to 12. At 12, Abdul didn't show up and I had to call him at 3 to find out that I got pushed to 7. It is now 7:30 and I've called him 3 times and left him tons of messages, and he still haven't got back to me. This isn't the first time that this happened. I want my money back but I am afraid the school would cancel my road test date since they have all my information. I wouldn't write this review if someone would just give me a response for everything that has happened. Also, during the 3 lessons I have taken, Abdul was on his phone making appointments with other students instead of focusing on teaching me. This school is very professional. Stay away!!!

If you want to pass on the first try, this is the driving school to go with. I orginally started off with Stevens driving school and it was a terrible experience. My instructor Abdul was amazing. He will immediately correct you and show you the correct way of turning, 3point turning, etc. With this school i was able to pass on the first attempt with minimal points deducted!

The man was very unprofessional. He was scheduling appointment for his other clients while I was driving. He could not just wait for the 45 mins he charges almost 50 dollars for before making other appointment.... his car was not clean either, he was also very impatient. I honestly think paying for his service is equal to burning your money. You're better off finding a more dedicated driving school.

I had Abdul as my instructor and it was probably the best help I could have gotten for my driving test. I was experienced before, and he was very helpful and reasonable pricing a custom plan for my lessons. He is very direct, which I respect but may not be for everyone. He was very patient and kind and I passed my test first try!

The worst experience I’ve had - both with Abdul and Jim. Jim screamed at me - did not care to let me explain where I struggle or to see how I drive to fill the weak spots. Abdul is an excellent instructor. He is empathetic, patient, and highly effective at helping students learn from their mistakes. His teaching approach is structured and methodical, guiding students through corrections step by step without making concepts unnecessarily complicated.
He is also consistently punctual and offers exceptionally fair rates. I would recommend this driving school to anyone. They provide the 5-hour class, driving lesson package, and a car for the road test. My driving instructor was Mr. Abdul and he was a great instructor. My first time taking the test and I passed. Of course it is pricey but as long as you put in the work you’ll get what you paid for.

This driving school is very unprofessional. I bought package 1 which include 8 lessons but so far I am only able to attend 3 because Abdul never makes it to my appointment.
