Stevens driving school is an amazing place to learn! I was very impressed on how things were ran, my driving instructor was Carmen and she was amazing! She taught me everything I needed to know and made me confident I was going to pass! I also took my 5 hour course and 6hour insurance reduction class there! They have many great programs and they are at a great cost! Overall i think Stevens driving school helped me the most and they did an amazing job doing so! I had a wonderful experience with Stevens Driving School! My instructor was Carmen and not only did she teach me the rules of the road, but also how to be a defensive driver. I had a twenty lesson package and started my first lesson with hardly any driving experience, making me nervous to drive. Carmen calmed my nerves very quickly and was very encouraging. I liked how she had a lesson plan but was also willing to stray from it and focus on a specific skill I wanted to master. She was knowledgeable about driving in the rain and snow which is important to a person living in western New York. Avoid this place if you can. There has to be other driving schools that are much better than this place. The instructor for the 5 hours safety course was completely unprofessional. He thought that swearing was an appropriate way to teach the class! I paid $40 to go out of my way! I should of stayed in the City of Buffalo and only paid $30 with the driving school on Bailey Ave. I probably would of had a much better experience with somebody who knew what they were talking about. Instead I got someone who used the word "idiots" every chance he got to describe other drivers on the road. Also told a very inappropriate joke about violence towards women. When most of us didn't even respond with laughter like the other students he said it's just a joke. I was shocked at the fact that he even said anything like he did. My aunt was murder by man so excuse me for not finding violence towards women humorous. And by the way if you have a difficult to pronounce name prepare to be the last student to leave the classroom because he cannot pronounce it. So he just wait till you make eye contact with him and then tells you that your next one up but you're the last one! Even if you were not the last one in the door at the start of "class". Read Less

My husband and I ordered a steak sub and an order of fingers. Hubby specifically asked if the sub has mushrooms and was told no (he's allergic). I called and spoke to the Owner to explain the issue w the sub AND that my order of fingers was shorted 2 fingers. His response was "What do u want me to do about it? I think YOU ordered wrong and I doubt you were shorted any fingers bc my guys know how to count!" I was taken aback since I've NEVER been spoken to like this from any so-called manager/owner! I said "I just thought you'd like to know when a mistake like this was made". He said "I suggest you go somewhere else then! Don't F'ing tell me how to run my business Bit$h!". I've never been spoken to like this before in my life and I'm very offended. This guy is a real piece of work. Not only do I have to wait over 10 mins every time I pick up my food, but this is the way he treats a customer who orders from there at least twice a week? Incredible!! The Best Driving School Around!!!! My daughter took the 7 lesson package and my nephew took the 10 lesson package with Stevens Driving School, and they both had a wonderful experience. We live in the city of Buffalo on the lower Westside, my daughter had Carlton as an instructor and my nephew who lives in South Buffalo had Bonita as an instructor, they were both very professional and taught them so many things that I forgot about teaching them myself due to my bad driving habits that I have acquired over the years, it was so convenient how the kids were able to be picked up and dropped off at home and we were very pleased of how smooth the whole process went from their first lesson right up and through the scheduling and taking of them to their road test. They both Passed their road tests:)...I have recommended them to several friends and family members..They truly are the best! Read Less
