Called at 9am to speak with Francisco. Was told to call back at 10am when the insurance office opens. Okay great. I call back at 10, the guy rudely answers “they’re not here yet call back in 15” and hangs up. So I called back at 10:15 and ask the lady to speak with Francisco. I wait a short while on hold till I hear some fumbling and then the line drops. So I called back again and they declined my call. Terrible customer service. Read Less
