Mr. Abdur Chowdhury and his wife were absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the process. They made learning comfortable. However, I did have one negative experience with the front desk girl (I unfortunately don’t remember her name). She was extremely rude and unpleasant with me and my fiancé. Customer service at the front desk is very important since it’s usually the first interaction people have with the school, and her attitude was honestly disappointing. If the school wants to attract and keep more students, improving the front desk experience would really help. I sadly ended up using them twice. The first time was terrible, I was given totally incorrect instructions and the instructors were running personal errands and taking calls during the lesson and before the exam. Second time I went via another company who ended up using Pass EZ anyway and I went to my test with 3 other people crammed in, and 3 of us had the same road test date for the same car. Extremely unprofessional. The instructor got told off by the road test officials too… “you should know better than that”. Read Less

Instead of pushing unnecessary lessons, they accurately assessed my skills and tailored the plan to my needs, suggesting only three lessons when I expected five. Their confidence in my ability to pass the driving test in such a short timeframe was both motivating and reassuring, and I'm pleased to say I passed on my first attempt.
