I needed to schedule driving lessons for an adult dependent (au pair). We are having issues with her paperwork for the driving permit with the DMV although she passed the test, so I called to ask if we could push the lessons. The receptionist was quite rude and catty on the phone. She also said that they're not supposed to even schedule appointments without having the relevant driving permit info - so this was definitely in part their own responsibility. I scheduled Friday and then called first thing Monday morning when I found out about the paperwork issue. They want me to eat the cost instead of just moving the driving lesson. Honestly such terrible customer service I feel sick that I already paid them and truly uncomfortable that I will have to continue to interact with them for the rest of the already paid for lessons.
