I had Stacy as my instructor for a pre-licensing course I had to complete in order to get my full license and hopefully begin using my EMT license to get a job in the city. Entering the course not sure of my driving level, she was able to point out the specific details in my driving technique that I would lose points on the road test for, and gave different directions and words of advice for each of them. She prepared me for my road test with multiple practice road tests, and also made sure to hone in on what I said I needed work on. She never got upset at the little mistakes, and always kept the environment friendly. In the future, i’ll make sure to recommend Stacy from this course to anyone who needs help with driving! She was patient, funny, focused, reassuring, and most importantly, a kind instructor who made me confidently pass my road test on the first try.

A wonderful experience! If I may recommend one of the instructors offered at All-Suffolk Auto School in Lake Grove, it would be Stacie. She has all my thanks for teaching me and my other three peers how to drive and more importantly making the learning experience fun and adventurous. She has a welcoming and bubbly personality that made the four of us more than comfortable while driving. She came up with topics of conversation that would end with all of us smiling and laughing together. Life is full of failures and successes and Stacie reminded us of that. She reminded us that we did not have to apologize for making a mistake because mistakes are bound to be made. Also, each time someone finished their session of driving she had us all clap for that person to let them know that we are all here for each other. We took two practice road tests over the course of the summer class. The first one I failed, but I did not get discouraged. I tried my best to improve and on the second one I passed. I am confident to say that Stacie helped me become the driver I am today.

My daughter did the four-lesson package with Guy, and had an amazing experience! We booked with him because several of her friends recommended him, and we were not disappointed! He is so easy to talk to and has such a great personality, my very nervous daughter was put at ease right away. She looked forward to every lesson, and really felt that he gave her the skills and confidence needed to pass her road test on the first attempt! Her last lesson was today (right before her road test), and I have to say that we will miss seeing him! We highly recommend him, ask for him and you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Guy, it was a pleasure getting to know you!

I just had my first lesson today and I am so glad I went with this company. The receptionist are so kind and took the time to answer all of the questions my husband had. My driving instructor Stacie was so nice, easy to talk to and very patient which made my nerves go away. She took her time explaining things to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. Once I got home, I booked my next session with her and haven’t stopped thinking about driving. I can’t wait to get out there again with Stacie!

Stacie is a great instructor. She keeps it very calm when I’m driving and she is good at giving direct instructions. She helped me learn a lot of driving skills and helped me nail my parallel park. She keeps a conversation engaged and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend !

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Instructor seemed drugged. Office manager hung up on me. They charge unreasonable fees and make up rules as they go. Wanted to reschedule a lesson due to heavy rain. Was told that it wasn't raining and that there will be a $30 fee. There is nothing on my receipt about a fee for rescheduling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The school takes short-cuts on the education they provide students, and are unwilling to stand behind delivering the services customers purchase. Anthony Cairo in the Patchogue office is rude and evasive (When I voiced my complaint about the school he was hesitant to give me his last name and asked why I needed it!). Very condescending towards the students who seek their services. Do not recommend and strongly advise others against this school.

If you want to pass your test and and want to know how to drive please request Valerie!! Hands down the best instructor. She is funny and very knowledgeable. You will feel comfortable with her on the road and guaranteed will pass your road test if you follow her instructions.

I wouldn't recommend this place. It is very expensive and unfortunately the instructors are not very friendly or nice. At least that gives you practice for dealing with the road test people. They don't teach you any actual driving, just what you need to know for the test ie parallel parking with a ton of space, 3 point turn and how to exaggerate looking around at intersections.

He KNOWS the laws of the road thru and thru - as well as the ins and outs of the road test itself. He is a well seasoned instructor in every aspect of what you will need to prepare yourself for the test. I especially recommend young people to ask for PAT's class...;-).

A wonderful experience! If I may recommend one of the instructors offered at All-Suffolk Auto School in Lake Grove, it would be Stacie. I just had my first lesson today and I am so glad I went with this company. The receptionist are so kind and took the time to answer all of the questions my husband had.
