Didn’t realize that this course was for people who already know how to operate motorcycles. There isn’t much teaching at all and you’re insulted/belittled instead of being taught. I would recommend learning how to use a clutch/shifting and having riding skills before taking this course. Read Less

I took the course at JCC Watertown on the weekend of July 12th, 2025. The lot was spotless. The instructors were very knowledgeable. They gave some really good feedback that I will carry with me for the rest of my riding career. They were personable and real. They made the learning fun. Instructions were very clear. I never felt out of the loop or confused about what I was meant to do or what was coming next. The bikes were in good running shape. Small and slow, perfect for learning haha. I am especially happy with how expedited the non riding portions of the class were. More seat time = more practice. Love it. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is interested in stepping into the motorcycling world, and wants to step in safely. Read Less

Took this course at the MVCC campus and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. I had some knowledge coming into the class, but it was real eye opening how much I didn't know. Not only that, but this class helped iron out some real bad habits. The instructors Lynn and Tony were very helpful and at times stern, but you could tell they cared about all the participants. Do not expect to simply pass by showing up. You need to consume the knowledge and demonstrate it. Read Less
