The instructor is nasty, after a failed exam, we couldnt get him to reschedule to do a follow up or even give us the class certificate number. he always says I will call you back but never does. I gave him many chances and everytime he was nasty and always talking to someone else while on the phone. I can tell he is disorganized because he would never call back. Its time to retired the business because He is def sick of it

This the WORST driving school I ever had to deal with. If your looking for a driving school, this IS NOT IT. The owner/only driver Mr. Khan is the nastiest person you will ever deal with. He is rude and incompetent. Based off a recommendation from a good family friend of ours I signed my sister up to take classes from this guy. My sister is a gentle person and he totally took advantage of that. He would scream at her all the time and when it came down to her making appointments for lessons, and the road test she always has to remind him to do what hes being paid to do. She would have to call him multiple times to remind him to do stuff and he would not call back for days to confirm whether he handled it or not. Days before her road test she had to hunt him down to make sure he did what he was supposed to do. The night before her road test that was rescheduled for the third time, he calls and tells her he didn't file the paper work for her 5 hour class and he has to cancelled her road test . When we tried to talk to him about it and make a deal because he did messed up and wasted her time, he hung up the phone on us mid-conversation. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. He is obviously the only person working at this school and is money hungry. He does more than he can handle. He is a terrible business owner. A terrible driving instructor, very dishonorable. My sister also complained several times that he had her pick his kids up during her lessons and even reeked of alcohol. He is always LATE. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We will also file a formal complain with the NYS DMV. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I have to admit my lesson with this driving school was amazing,it leads me to passing my road test yesterday 05/01/2018.
The instructor which was Mr,Khan was the best,he taught me everything i need to know not just to pass the test but to become a safe driver in general,i nail my Pearl Parking and broken U turn,i would recommend this driving school to anyone anytime,he is very flexible and work with you to your convenience as well,Thanks Mr Khan,you did grate

I walked my sister here for the 5 hour pre-licensing course, since I had called a week earlier to make an appointment. The woman I spoke to said there were seats available and that she was welcome to come Saturday at 10:00am. When we arrived there, the place didn't open until about 5-10 minutes after the time we were told to arrive. The owner, Mr. Khan, told us that no 5 hour pre-licensing course was taking place at the moment at his location. He instead directed us to another school that he owned and was run by his daughter. Because we didn't have transportation of our own to this second school, Mr. Khan was kind enough to give us a ride there. He also warned us that the fee for the course at the next school was five dollars more than his current location, so he allowed us to pay now and save a few dollars.The 5 hour course itself disappointed us. The new location was very hot and humid, with fans just blowing hot air around. It was also quite dusty compared to the Jamaica Avenue location. We were not given any breaks during the course, not even for lunch or the bathroom. Another thing; we were let out of the course an hour and a half early, and basically watched outdated videos the whole time. The instructor just kind of sat off to the side and didn't clarify or explain anything, and the videos got repetitive after a while.When the course was done, we tried to get the certificate of completion, but the young woman behind the counter said she needed to send it to Mr. Khan, and we could get it from him. The delay is a bit annoying, but nothing too bad since the school is within walking distance from where we live.Anyway, my sister will continue taking lessons from Mr. Khan, since the location is convenient for her. She also reports that although Mr. Khan can be stern and a bit grumpy, he is a good driving instructor in general.Random story: As I was walking my sister back from the driving school, we witnessed a car accident occur, which was really ironic.

I went to this driving school the man name khan he was giving me lessons from the time u step in the car he want u drive to pick up his daughter or his drop something at his son driving school i took like 24 lesson with him an fail my driving test he would hit me on my legs when i do something wrong or curse me that i dont listen if i pay my money i pay for him to teach me not to curse me i would never recommend anyone here the are just a set of muslim crooks

I had a horrible experience with this driving school, I paid for 12 class package but the instructor was never available. In 3 months I had 3 classes, he would say I'll call you tomorrow but wouldn't ...
I had a horrible experience with this driving school, I paid for 12 class package but the instructor was never available. In 3 months I had 3 classes, he would say I'll call you tomorrow but wouldn't call & then call at times I had specified I would be at work. In the end I had to go with my boyfriend to get my money back, even then I had to wait to deposit the check because he had no funds in the account. PLEASE save yourself the aggravation and find another school!

This place does not even deserve one star. The owner cancelled not once - but on THREE different occasions with my younger sister. Everyday there was some excuse - what kind of business are you running when you book appointments and as a business owner pull a no show?? The third time he didn't even bother to show or call and when I called him, the first thing he said was he completely forgot and then he said the lesson was actually for tomorrow and that he was currently out fishing. ????? He was not the least bit apologetic and then tried to attempt to reschedule for another day. Unprofessional and crazy. I told him not to bother putting down his rod, that we'd find another diving instructor - one that actually comes and instructs.My sister will now be using a school that my instructor (who is now retired) recommended.

The instructor is nasty, after a failed exam, we couldnt get him to reschedule to do a follow up or even give us the class certificate number. he always says I will call you back but never does. I had a horrible experience with this driving school, I paid for 12 class package but the instructor was never available. In 3 months I had 3 classes, he would say I'll call you tomorrow but wouldn't call & then call at times I had specified I would be at work. In the end I had to go with my boyfriend to get my money back, even then I had to wait to deposit the check because he had no funds in the account.
