I forgot his name, older gentleman, thin and average height, white gentleman. He was the most patient person ever with me behind the wheel and I had so much anxiety and I was attempting to escape a dangerous situation in Rochester that I was trapped in. I snuck out to driving lessons and he taught me so much. I never drove before, almost got in several accidents because of other crazy drivers in ny (1 was almost my fault). He was so vigilant, wise, clear in communication, and saved us with his emergency break right on time. He was excellent at correcting my mistakes effectively. I needed 10 lessons okay but that’s my fault. He is excellent at making anyone calm behind the wheel. I am so grateful that he was my instructor and I would recommend him to anyone. I love this place. I had Stephen, and he was phenomenal! He was able to teach with an effective manner, and he was able to help me fix my driving issues after I failed the first time so that I can pass! I wouldn’t have my license if it wasn’t for Morgan, Joan is hands down the best instructor! She will make sure you are ready for your road test as well as teach you to be a safe and educated defensive driver. I never thought I would be able to pass my test, let alone do it during the winter. Joan practiced my parallel parking with me endlessly (when I first started I was always too far from the curb), and I did a great job with it on my test. I thought I was doomed to get my license but Joan made it less painful as well as supplying many jokes and laughter during our lessons. If you sign up for lessons request Joan as your instructor! The instructors are amazing here. First I had Dan, then Elle, and then Rick. I've been taking lessons for like months and now I've been driving for like over a year. Previously I started with ABC. I actually did my first road test with them. And Failed due to an immature instructor that directed me to drive on interstate 490, just because we were running late. Followed by a bit of yelling, and unclear instruction. That is not how you get a newcomer, just hitting the road to drive successfully. Switched over to Morgan on East Main. They were very consise in their direction and teaching. From day one all the way to my road test. And they were very nice. Calm through the entire process. And this led me to pass my road test. Very bad experience!. My instructor was pretty good but he wasted my time with the driving lessons. I paid for a 90 minute lesson and all we did was drive. No K Turns or parralel parking. Also they charged me for driving lessons that I never scheduled and told me that I could not take my road test using there car because I did not take enough driving lesson classes with them, even when I told them I took my other driving lessons with ABC School of driving. They are extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I should have went through ABC School of Driving instead! Read Less

This is the worst place for 5 hour course. The instructor was an old guy. He didn't give any useful information. He was keep talking about some driving lessons they provide. He was just advertising himself. I went there to get some useful tips about driving. But the experience was very bad. It was so boring that some people was sleeping. At the end he showed an old video of 60's about driving with alcohol. It was little useful at some point but not much. I would recommend not to go there. After this experience I am not going there for driving lessons. I am going to check ABC School of driving.Read Less

I'm so thankful to Morgan School of Driving for teaching me how to drive. The instructors teach more than just passing a road test; they teach you how to handle a car, use your judgement, and be safe while on the road. They were very patient with me and were able to be flexible around my busy schedule. Even after I passed the test, I went back for winter driving lessons for a refresher on how to drive in the snow. I would recommend this school to any family member or friend. And when I have kids, I'll make sure they learn how to drive the right way, by taking them back to Morgan's. Read Less
