How any school even partners with a company with a 2.9 rating is beyond me to start off. This bus company is trash the staff in the office and on the buses are also. I have had the worst experiences with this bus company. GLEN the main coward there attempted to close the doors of the bus on me while I was standing in the doorway and my son was still on the bus. The bus company would not take my complaint nor would a supervisor call me back. I had my son’s bus driver switched for the rest of the year and had no problems with the new bus driver. After I made several calls to express my concern discern and distaste for this driver the bus company and the school assigned him to my child again without my knowledge nor permission. When i called to file complaints again there was not one record with the school nor the bus company of my previous complaints. No valid reason provided other than everyone forgot or no one knew. While it’s ok for a male to go out of his way to try to cause harm to a mother while picking up her child and doing this while he is at work I can only imagine what this coward would do when no one is around. This company picks up a kid on our block at 6:20-6:40AM every morning, how do I know ? The Gateway Transportation school bus driver of small bus 115 honks their horn to notify the family that they are outside and by doing so wakes us up. 😑 None of the other school buses who pick up on our block do this. If I had a saying I would not recommend this bus company. Because I have a special need child going to a different school we have to use this company. I’ve drove school bus myself and I have never dealt with this nitpicking game . For example morning bus drive can’t blow the horn , child missed bus and school . Dispatcher said they don’t blow the horn. But the afternoon bus driver blows the horn 2 houses before they get to my house . Now on the afternoon bus you now have to be next to the bus or on the bus to get child off the bus NOT waiting on your porch or front lawn . The dispatcher said it’s unacceptable to have child get off bus by themselves knowing 2 adults are outside looking at the bus driver, bus aid and child. (But in the morning child gets on bus by themselves while an adult is watching them on the on the porch). Now I know why parents are homeschooling their children. I don’t blame them I would to if I didn’t have to work to pay my bills for a horrible bus company that are county taxes pay for . Read Less
