I enjoyed every moment. My instructor was so very pleasant and calm. She made me feel comfortable the entire time even while driving. When I made mistakes she was always calm and quick to guide me in the right direction. I'm scheduled to take my road test soon and I have absolutely no worries since I spent time at The Best Driving School. I spent 5+ hours with Terry and I failed the test. I was not confident at all. I then went to another school in Albemarle Rd and realized Terry had not taught me several aspects of the test. She came late the first day and was on the phone most of the time. Such a waste of my money. I finally made it after just a few hours with the other school who had a good instructor, Sammy. I called Terry for a lesson for our Spanish speaking au pair; I explained her limited English and was reassured that it wouldn't be an issue. Terry never showed up nor called on our first lesson - when I called, I was told she had forgotten to call and cancel due to weather. Understandable. I had to contact Terry multiple times in order to reschedule as I never received a return call from her. Today, Monica had her first lesson - upon returning, Monica was visibly upset, so I texted Terry to make sure the lesson went well. I was given some driving pointers for Monica as well as an explanation of the miscommunication and an apology. I understand that poor communication can be frustrating, but I can only imagine how poorly Monica was treated for her to return in tears. I have driven with Monica multiple times, and she has lived with our family for 5 months - I have never seen her cry until now. Terry is a very nice person and I am sure a decent instructor. My daughter was a difficult student for her which I completely admit but I am very disappointed in how the owner handled herself. She did not complete the number of hours I paid for and then would not return my calls or textsShe agreed to give my daughter another lesson and then instead of calling sent me a text and saying she wanted another person on a day that would not work for us. I called and sent several texts trying to speak to her and she never took my calls or returned my texts. I understood she did  not want to teach my daughter but she could have returned my calls and the money she owes me.Also my daughter said every lesson she stopped for a smoke break and her car smelled very bad because of the smoke. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE PICKING THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. I should have researched before I picked it. This driving school just takes money upfront and teaches nothing. Terry was my instructor. And she smoked in the car when I was driving which WAS A HUGE DISTRACTION TOWARDS DRIVING. It has been a week that I had to wait for her phone call or text. No matter how good i feel about driving she always has to make a bad comment making us feel bad at the end. (PLEASE DO NOT!!!!! DO NOT!!! )Make a mistake picking this one. Very unprofessional, not consistent and you have to stalk her just to get a call answered. Does not return calls and very unorganized. It's been a month and than some and only had 4 lessons its about to be a month since my last lesson an I paid upfront. Smoked a cigarette during my lesson with out asking me if I mind (which makes me physically sick)! Don't waste Ur time or money gives family owned a bad name. Read Less

Mom didn't have the time or patience, so she bought me ten hours of lessons from AAA Driving School. Driving was kinda scary at first. I could have gotten into so many accidents had my instructor not had that handy passenger side brake and quick reflexes. Once I realized I wasn't going to die, it was all good. Also, I was glad my instructor wasn't some boring old guy. Anyway, I took ten hours of lessons. I knew how to handle just about every situation and mastered that dreaded three-point-turn thing. So, I took my DMV road test the day after I was done with my lessons. Needless to say, I aced it. Even though the Monroe examiner from the DMV was really annoying, he said I seemed to know much more about what I was doing than a lot of people and the majority he had tested that day.
