I want to sincerely thank everyone at the CDL TransTech Charlotte location where I attended. Thank you for making this such a positive and rewarding experience. From the very beginning, the advisors made the enrollment process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions, explain each step, and make sure I was squared away before classes even started. Their support made it easy to begin this journey with confidence. A special thank you to Ms. Grace for always welcoming students with a smile every morning. She was always approachable, willing to answer questions, and eager to help however she could. Her positive attitude and encouragement made a difference and created a welcoming environment for everyone. I also want to thank every instructor I had the opportunity to learn from. Throughout the program, I encountered each instructor and was able to gain valuable knowledge from every one of them. Based on my experiences attending the school, I can confidently say that the instructors were outstanding, although the overall organization was lacking. There was clear confusion within the administration, which often led to my misunderstandings. Be cautious of the recruiters, as they may give false information to persuade you to spend your money. I highly recommend the Gastonia campus because its training is extremely thorough, covering even the smallest details. This is purely my personal opinion, with no offense intended. I rated it three stars mainly because of the school's disorganization. Big shout-out to Grace, because her smile always brightens my day when I see hers. Read Less
