Positive classroom environment. Taurus and Mrs. Vicky are wonderful teachers. They break it down to the dime to make sure you understand what you are doing. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars. Stay away from their CDL Driving School. This is a new program for Taurus and you can tell. They are not certified as a third party tester through NC DMV as of today. He (Taurus) does not give you the fundamental information you need to prepare you for the skills tests. I had my skills test scheduled for today through DMV who was opened and prepared to test despite the weather, however, Taurus did not show! In the process of filing a complaint through the BBB! To add.... I found out at the DMV office that the school is supposed to pay the license fee b/c they are not a certified location. Once again... doing things ALL WRONG! Read Less

She is amazing. I don't know how she handles the giant group of teenagers and their phones and all of the giggles. But she handles it like a pro all while making sure they understand safety. I took a improvement class during her regular under 18 driver education class and I learned a lot more than I ever did in my own driver education class 8 years ago. She makes sure you know everything there is to know. I didn't even know there was a two point turn until I took her class, nor did I even know how to do a proper 3 point turn, and I've been one of those people who stops and stalls on the side to wait for traffic. Long story short, she's amazing. If Guilford County Schools could implement actual driving teachers in their schools rather than coaches maybe there would be less accidents etc. Read Less

Vicky was incredibly accommodating and got back to me about my questions days faster then the other schools I contacted in the area. She was very kind and had all my classwork available, all the while teaching close to 20 teenagers. I never felt overlooked or forgotten about.
