Many businesses should look to Safe Lane Driving School and its owner, Mr. Phil, as THE STANDARD on how to treat your customers! They can give a MASTER CLASS on how it's done! We had a stellar experience from start to finish with Safe Lane...and I feel like we made a friend! My teens took the Refresher Course recently and were so happy with their experiences, too. They were instantly put at ease and had fun while driving with Mr. Phil. He gave them gentle instruction and constant encouragement which I think was key to their confidence in going for the road test. They also did their road test with Safe Lane, which made the experience much more pleasant than the DMV. Needless to say, we will be back with our younger teens for the bulk of their driver's ed training and driving instruction, as well as their road tests. And I will refer anyone and everyone to them for any kind of driving instruction. All I can say is I couldn't be happier. I only wish I had more kids to take his lessons for longer!
