I signed my daughter up for behind the wheel classes after she had completed her online training through another school she found online. At that time it was a difficult to schedule her for any sessions however I had done a lot of research prior to choosing this school and know firsthand that every school around us as far out as Solon and Twinsburg are all having the same issue since covid hit. We unfortunately had to cancel shortly after signing up because our circumstances had changed. When I called and explained our situation the staff had been amazing and extremely professional and respectful. And I'm not going to lie after reading some of the reviews I was really worried about having to call but they were very understanding and reasonable. I only wish we had the opportunity to proceed with our scheduled behind the wheel training session.

This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I was very frustrated from the beginning because I was given different directions from different people. I work in tech so I am familiar with using a computer and I was given the runaround with several different people I talked to on how to get my son signed up. All I wanted was for my kid to go through driver's ed! Why is this so difficult?? This whole process has turned out to be a part time job. When I initially had problems I asked for my money back. I was told that only the owner could do that and it would take a few days. When I asked for the owner's contact information I was told they could not give me any information including his name!! But they could give me an email. OK RED FLAG!! so we tried to work out the issues. I signed him up and a few classes we never received a log in. Or the instructor never showed up. OK. Then, after he completed his classes, we were put into a so called "que" at the middle of Dec. for behind the wheel. I was told not to call or contact them that they would contact me. OK Fast forward to the middle of Feb no word. I have called every day this week. Sometimes they just don't answer the phone- and this is at locations. I guess they answer when they want. One day this week I got a hold of someone who told me that they lady who schedules is out and that they would call me the next day. OK no call the next day. I call and they said there are no appointments in Avon Lake until April! So we have to wait 4 months for ONE btw appointment? WHY ARE YOU TAKING PEOPLE"S MONEY!?? Just STOP please!! Stop wasting my time and everyone's time if you do not have enough employees!! The only appointment they have are in Parma which is a 40 min drive and during day during the week. So my kid has to miss school and I have to miss work drive 40 minutes to Parma, wait 2 hours and 40 minutes back so that he can get his btw?????? This is crazy! And the first available in Parma is in March?? I understand that Covid has made an impact on businesses, but you are taking people's money and not telling them that their child will have to wait 4-6 months for a btw appointment. So I guess I will keep calling everyday and taking time out of my life because you do not have enough employees. Meanwhile my kid just wants to get his license. Thanks!

I am an adult driver and I took 4 2-hour driving lessons with 3 different instructors. Instructor 1 asked me about personal issues that are none of his/her business. An acquaintance who had the same instructor said that he/she was trash-picking DURING the lesson. The car smelled bad and was very dirty; it seemed like the instructor was using it as his/her personal vehicle. This instructor also insulted me repeatedly and implied that I'm stupid. On top of it, Instructor 1 was extremely disorganized. Instructor 2 was better but still insulted me once and had the radio on. When a male student got in the car and drove us back to the school, the instructor asked his preference about the radio (the instructor never bothered to ask me). Instructor 3 was on the phone for much of my lesson, but was kind and a reasonably good instructor. I had a lesson I couldn't go to with Instructor 2, so I cancelled it online 2 days before the lesson. I got voicemails the day of the lesson from Instructor 2 saying that he/she was waiting for me to show up and that I would still have to pay for the lessons because I didn't cancel them. I called the school, and they said I owed them a $25 fee for not cancelling the lesson (which I refuse to pay). I have a confirmation email saying that I DID cancel it. I had Instructor 2 again for my fourth lesson. This time, the instructor grabbed the wheel from me several times (there was no imminent danger and I was not driving into traffic or off the road). Instructor 2 also seemed like he/she wasn't paying attention at some points.
Both Instructors 1 and 2 gave directions that were either unclear or too late for me to follow them. They both got annoyed or angry when I missed a turn that I was told to make at the last minute or that I thought was further ahead.
Overall, it was a waste of time and money. If you're looking for driving lessons, I would advise finding a different school.

I signed my daughter up for behind the wheel classes after she had completed her online training through another school she found online. At that time it was a difficult to schedule her for any sessions however I had done a lot of research prior to choosing this school and know firsthand that every school around us as far out as Solon and Twinsburg are all having the same issue since covid hit. We unfortunately had to cancel shortly after signing up because our circumstances had changed. When I called and explained our situation the staff had been amazing and extremely professional and respectful. I am an adult driver and I took 4 2-hour driving lessons with 3 different instructors. Instructor 1 asked me about personal issues that are none of his/her business. An acquaintance who had the same instructor said that he/she was trash-picking DURING the lesson.
