Just to clarify on some comments... As instructors we must follow Ohio State Law for the safety of everyone. It is illegal to wear Flip Flops/Slides to drive. We are not allowed to give lessons in a s...
Just to clarify on some comments... As instructors we must follow Ohio State Law for the safety of everyone. It is illegal to wear Flip Flops/Slides to drive. We are not allowed to give lessons in a students personal car as we must have a (second) Instructor brake and an additional Instructor mirror along with knowing for sure the vehicle used is safe and properly marked as a 'student driver'... It is up to the Student to KNOW the Laws and Road Rules before they come to us (by studying the BMV book AND knowing the knowledge) and we will help them get better at executing them and learning to be a Safe AND Defensive driver ect. We highly recommend practice between lessons on what is taught and learned in order to help them succeed and progress into a safe defensive driver for themselves and others. Instructors are very willing to discuss lessons with parents that are open to it. PLEASE REMEMBER that not all comments posted are as 'black & white' as they seem when it comes to Driving/Laws/Students ect... AND ALWAYS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT AN INSTRUCTOR WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATION YOU MIGHT NEED. We want you to be Safe AND Defensive... After all you are on the road with our kids and family too =)

"Lost" our payment which was paid in cash and now refuses to release my son's certificate of completion unless I pay a second time! Showed on their website as paid in full, we have the screen shot to verify that however we weren't given a receipt for the cash so apparently we are just out of luck. It's a shame that I now have to find another school to send my other kids to when this one is conveniently located close to home. Would not recommend this school to anyone as this was far from the first issue we had with them. The in car instructors are definitely hit and miss and not consistent at all.

The actual driving lesson is 4 stars , the instructor was very friendly and helpful. I just didn't like how she treated me like a high schooler ( yelled at me for wearing flip flops, really?) and her ...
The actual driving lesson is 4 stars , the instructor was very friendly and helpful. I just didn't like how she treated me like a high schooler ( yelled at me for wearing flip flops, really?) and her whole demeanor reminded me of my high-school teachers. I'm an adult and I got an adult lesson in order to learn how to drive a big vehicle that I was not used to. However when she arrived she didn't know that , and I had to use her car- making a huge part of the lesson useless. Yet, she did give me many helpful tips and corrected a lot of my driving mistakes, which I will use to drive the large vehicle for work. There was a big lack of communication at this driving school, I had called twice beforehand explaining my situation and what I needed and they really couldn't deliver.

The classroom instruction was fine. I reviewed the materials sent home with the students and all seemed thorough. The classroom instructor was competent and patient with the kids.
I am, however, thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the behind the wheel instruction. We had experience with two different instructors, the second due to a rescheduling of the original lesson with the first instructor. Neither instructor was patient; in fact, the second instructor continually yelled at my son for doing what the first instructor had taught him, stressing him out to the point where he committed errors he had not made in weeks. Neither instructor really seemed to want to work with a less experienced driver; both instructors appeared to want a teen driver close to completing the 50 hours and nearly ready to test. I do not feel that my money was well spent in this program.

"Lost" our payment which was paid in cash and now refuses to release my son's certificate of completion unless I pay a second time! The actual driving lesson is 4 stars , the instructor was very friendly and helpful. I just didn't like how she treated me like a high schooler ( yelled at me for wearing flip flops, really?) and her whole demeanor reminded me of my high-school teachers.
