No stars waisting my time. I enrolled my teen more than month ago for driving with instructor waiting on their 800 number more than one hour. They gave me date after 3 weeks. A couple days before class they called me on Friday 4:55 p.m.and they left me a message that during instructor emergency class was cancelled. A couple minutes later I tried to call back but their office was closed.I contacted with them on Monday waiting another hour on 800 number and they rescheduled me. When my class comes this was the wrong class in classroom my teen already passed it.I called back to their 800 number loosing one more waiting hour. And they rescheduled me for November this is after 4 month. I cannot take my money back because I paid in previous billing cycle. Read Less
