I have to redo my review. Last year we had a terrible experience with our son here. It was absolutely terrible and I gave them a 1 star. This year with our daughter was completely different. Our daughter's instructor was Sara and she was amazing. There is also an older gentleman that works there as an instructor that's awesome. Luck of the draw maybe on instructors. If you get Sara or the guy (can't remember his name!!) They are amazing. The lady that did our son still works there. That's where I docked a star. They are hiring more instructors and the ones there now are getting students in quickly and are fabulous. Prices have increased, again. Not many other choices around though. I couldn't leave a 1 star up after how awesome Sara was with our daughter though.

Complete trash! Classes paid for, then the online system won't verify my information to let my daughter take the online classes, and if the system doesn't validate your answers, you're locked out for...
Complete trash! Classes paid for, then the online system won't verify my information to let my daughter take the online classes, and if the system doesn't validate your answers, you're locked out for 24 hours (even though I answered the security questions correctly - it's not like I forgot where I've lived!). Customer service WILL NOT help you when problems arise! AAA will tell you it's the state of Ohio's fault and tell you to go away, it's not their problem, even though they are selling a service that's not working!
I've had nothing but issues with AAA for the last 2 years, they should change to TTT because it's a trash company taking money without giving the service you've paid for!

The online driving course system is terrible. My son had to restart several modules or go back 15 slides and redo them. It also kicks you out every 2 hours for a 10 minute break and you can only work ...
The online driving course system is terrible. My son had to restart several modules or go back 15 slides and redo them. It also kicks you out every 2 hours for a 10 minute break and you can only work on it for 4 hours in a 24 hours period which is fine except it does not start over the 24 hour period the next day, it starts over when you finish the 4 hour period. My next son will not in any circumstances use this course.

I had a terrible experience. Took first two lessons with a very impatient and intimidating instructor. I needed to reschedule the other two lessons, but was told by AAA the that the one and only person who schedules was not available during the day (even though she was there before to schedule my first two). I left messages on the lady’s voicemail, but heard nothing after 3 more months. I asked for a partial refund and was told it usually takes one day to get approved then AAA will can you to get your card information. About two weeks later of waiting yet again for a phone call from AAA I’m done. For such an expensive course I would expect them to be more mindful of those taking on the lessons. Very disappointed. Mind you during all these months of waiting, my father unexpectedly passed, and I could be using the partial refund to help my mom with bills, but AAA doesn’t care.

I have to redo my review. Last year we had a terrible experience with our son here. It was absolutely terrible and I gave them a 1 star. This year with our daughter was completely different. The online driving course system is terrible. My son had to restart several modules or go back 15 slides and redo them. It also kicks you out every 2 hours for a 10 minute break and you can only work on it for 4 hours in a 24 hours period which is fine except it does not start over the 24 hour period the next day, it starts over when you finish the 4 hour period. My next son will not in any circumstances use this course.
