This is probably the best driving school in Cincinnati. The staff is very nice, helpful and understanding of any situation that they see. The class was great everyone in was encouraging in class. But 10/10 I recommend sending you children to this driving school

Tim was probably the worst person I ever had to deal with when it came to driving on the road. He told me to stay in the lane when I was, but was only complaining about it when I was a little too far ...
Tim was probably the worst person I ever had to deal with when it came to driving on the road. He told me to stay in the lane when I was, but was only complaining about it when I was a little too far on one side even though there is nothing wrong about that. He also constantly insulted me whenever we did the maneuverability test acting like what I was doing was robotic. Then there was the time where I asked him not to go onto the highway since I wanted to wait until my parents taught me it, but refused. I also tried merging onto the highway which would take us back to Harrison, but scared the crap out of me saying to merge onto 275 south. Then he slammed on the breaks when he wouldn't stop yelling at me which lead me to the verge of tears and left me disoriented. Apparently from other instructors I was told he had been in 4 accidents with other student drivers and had 21 years of experience which surprised me knowing how bad of a reputation he has.

Everything was excellent, from the scheduling to the actual driving sessions everything was smooth and I got a lot of tips and tricks for the exam and it was definitely beneficial.

Customer service was above and beyond, and staff was very welcoming. I did have issues getting in contact for a bit, but any misunderstandings were quickly resolved. Payment is reasonable and their system is very fair. Also give out students of the month, which is super cool!
As my instructor, I had Robbie Bobbie, and unfortunately I will have to feed his ego… He puts trust in his students from day one and lets them have at it, but makes sure they understand rules and expectations with close but comfortable supervision. His driving tips and techniques WILL have you passing that test first try, and understanding the road in hours.
As a supervisor, he doesn’t just care about his students, he goes beyond to understand them and make them feel seen as human beings. Very understanding, and very caring. You will learn that he is full of unexpected surprises, and his life story is no short of a movie. Loves his job very much, and is an amazing role model for all teens. Only flaw is his outdated humor, so make sure you teach him proper slang if you have him as a teenager!

I took over 20 lessons with Bick's Driving School, where Will was my instructor. He was so patient and calm with me throughout my whole learning process. His tips and tricks regarding the maneuverability test was really remarkable and practicing with him made me confident about the driving test. I learned how to drive completely as a beginner and then ended up passing my driving test with really good scores. I would highly recommend Bick's Driving School, especially for adult drivers like me.

Went in to rent a car for a road test and the troll at the front desk was extremely rude. Called the day before and I got the same vibe from her then. Even with all the attitude, I managed to get a price for the rental. Upon explaining to her that the testing station will accept walk ins, she basically called me a lier.
I call the testing station and the guy is willing to tell her the same thing, she refuses to talk to him THEN says I need an appointment with the school itself, which she failed to mention before. When I walked into the office before this interaction started, the look on her face told me I might have a problem.
I'm guessing her problem is having to serve certain kinds of customers. But that's her problem. She won't get anywhere in life with an attitude like that. She's building up a lot of negative karma, and it WILL COME BACK TO GET YOU.

The best decision in our lives. Have been remiss in not posting earlier as it's been almost a year since taking the lessons for hand controls. My husband operates these as if he has never driven any other way and, truthfully, finds it more comfortable. The lessons he received gave him the encouragement and confidence in himself (and me,too). Thanks Bicks for being there.

This is probably the best driving school in Cincinnati. The staff is very nice, helpful and understanding of any situation that they see. The class was great everyone in was encouraging in class. But 10/10 I recommend sending you children to this driving school

He told me to stay in the lane when I was, but was only complaining about it when I was a little too far on one side even though there is nothing wrong about that. I took over 20 lessons with Bick's Driving School, where Will was my instructor. He was so patient and calm with me throughout my whole learning process. His tips and tricks regarding the maneuverability test was really remarkable and practicing with him made me confident about the driving test. I learned how to drive completely as a beginner and then ended up passing my driving test with really good scores. I would highly recommend Bick's Driving School, especially for adult drivers like me.

Went in to rent a car for a road test and the troll at the front desk was extremely rude. Called the day before and I got the same vibe from her then. The best decision in our lives. Have been remiss in not posting earlier as it's been almost a year since taking the lessons for hand controls. My husband operates these as if he has never driven any other way and, truthfully, finds it more comfortable.
