Updating my reveiw: The office did finally call me back and scheduled my son's in-car over the phone which I appreciated very much. However, they said the office I was scheduled at (Ruwes Oak) no longer existed. Quite frustrating to not be notified of that. I don't like to do negative reviews but do yourself a favor and don't use Stanley's. Try Bicks instead. It's worth the extra $$. At Stanley's, your child will never get to sign up for in-car. It's extremely limited (or possible non-existent) and they don't tell you that at all. Finished classes in January and STILL waiting to sign up for any in-car. After the amount of money your pay these people and your kid complete the classroom instruction just to be unable to sign up for in car driving lessons because they have to many people needing to take the in car training. They continue to schedule new classes despite the previous class still needing to take in car lessons. I have no idea how they have stayed in business for this long. My son said they only have four in car trainers which in my opinion is a joke. I feel like we was completely ripped off and the first come first serve crap should be illegal. Read Less

I’ve regretted few things in my life more than signing my daughter up for virtual driver’s ed through Stanley’s. After we signed her up to start the two-week course in June, we discovered that her varsity basketball team camp would be on the 5th & 6th sessions during her course. She couldn’t miss camp, and Stanley’s was gracious enough to reschedule those days. We had to wait an entire month to make up those sessions and take the test, but we were okay with that because this was our conflict, not theirs. On the first makeup session, we had tech issues. But guess what!? No one is available to help, despite there being a message saying to call this number with tech issues, until well after 10 am. The virtual class starts at 9. My husband and daughter went to the office to try and avoid missing this session, and we were told it looked to them like she was logged in and everything should prob be okay, but either way, we’d hear back from them before test day. Well we never did hear back and assumed that meant all was well, until it was time to take the test and the option to do so was not available for my daughter. I called multiple times that same day, the next day (Friday) and FINALLY got in touch with someone on Monday. Now she has to wait another three weeks to take ONE course and can’t take the test until six days after that. Well past her 16th birthday. Now we are months behind on scheduling in-car training, let alone even scheduling her drivers test. I have been never been more frustrated in my life. Considering the amount of money they take from each student, you would think they could afford to pay enough people to support the classes they have, but that clearly is not the case. Getting ahold of someone is like an Olympic event. I will never recommend Stanley’s to anyone, but if you do decide to use them, do NOT do virtual. You’ll be on an island entirely alone with no support whatsoever. Read Less
