We arrived for our son's driver's exam. No issues signing in and getting tested. Confirmation was done before we left that his passing was registered in thd BMV system. There was no wait to get in to schedule the test. Overall good experience with friendly staff. This is what I would hope for during an exam day.

Please read before deciding to go with this company. I signed my son up for the online course and the 8 hours behind the wheel course. I had no real problems with either, other than long wait times for his behind the wheel dates. The real problem is with their total lack of communication. You can NEVER reach anyone on the phone and at least once couldn’t even leave a message because his voicemail box was full. He doesn’t respond to most text messages and the one he did respond to was at 1:30 am and it still didn’t answer my question. The next time I reached out was a question in regards to the 50 hours behind affidavit that I needed to have answered before my son’s upcoming test. He never responded. I had him scheduled to take it at their affiliated testing sight on location in Beachwood. I ended up driving to the sight to talk to one of the testers. He confirmed the question about the affidavit and also which email address my son’s 8 hour certificate was sent to which ended up being his school email and not mine which was also on file. He was kind enough to print us a new one and apologized for the lack of communication from the owner. Today we showed up for his scheduled driving test to find the office was closed for testing today. Twenty minutes later the same employee I previously talked to came out and confirmed that testing was canceled and he was redirected by the owner to only provide in car lessons to students instead. He profusely apologized and was obviously exasperated. There was no email, phone call, or text message to let us know they were cancelling our appointment. I am rescheduling at an actual Ohio BMV location. I’m done with this company and would strongly advise you to think twice before using them.

We had a great experience with Overbeke and James Flemming for my au pair. We did a one time 2 hour lesson. James was welcoming, open to hearing what I was hoping she would learn in the lesson, and taught her very well. Highly recommend him and Overbeke.

We had a wonderful experience with Overbeke Driving School! I have twins and I’m not originally from Ohio, so I had no idea what the process or timeline looked like for getting their driving hours completed. It honestly felt a little overwhelming at first.
Ari was incredible. He called me personally, walked me through everything step by step, answered all my questions, and even scheduled the in-car driving appointments right then so my kids could finish everything before their birthday.
He made what could have been a stressful process so easy and reassuring. I’m really grateful for his help and highly recommend Overbeke to any parent navigating the teen driver process!

We arrived for our son's driver's exam. No issues signing in and getting tested. Confirmation was done before we left that his passing was registered in thd BMV system. There was no wait to get in to schedule the test. Overall good experience with friendly staff. This is what I would hope for during an exam day.

I had no real problems with either, other than long wait times for his behind the wheel dates. The real problem is with their total lack of communication. We had a wonderful experience with Overbeke Driving School! I have twins and I’m not originally from Ohio, so I had no idea what the process or timeline looked like for getting their driving hours completed. It honestly felt a little overwhelming at first.
