Recently got pulled over for speeding went to court and was asked to complete a defensive driving course. This school is the closest one to me. Called two times first time was at around 9 am and second time around 10:30 am. Left a voicemail the second time asking if they offered the corse to call me back. Got a call back shortly after the man that spoke to me was rude and short had no idea why I called. He argued with me instead of telling me that they dont offer it. Here is what he said "You need to go through the court to set that up" when the judge that asked me to complete this course advised me to call around. This place lacks professionalism. The entire team at the Driving School has been absolutely amazing. Seriously, can not give them enough praise. When they found out our situation, they jumped right in to help and went above and beyond our expectations! Defiantly, consider them as your teens begin the process of getting their license. :) Read Less

I am extremely unhappy with this driving school. I paid my son's fees in full the 2nd day of class because I was told that the required driving time would not be scheduled until payment in full is received. This makes perfect sense. That was approximately 5 weeks ago and his driving time has still not been scheduled. I called while he was in class on a Monday and the woman who answered said she would return my call to schedule his time but it probably wouldn't be until the weekend. She did not call me back so I called the following week and was told the same exact thing. During this particular call I asked several times when and how long it took to schedule and she had answers that would make me define this particular business as being run in a completely incompetent way. At no time would I expect a business who schedules driving time to tell me that they have no schedule to work from. She said I would simply have to wait until she got around to it. As you can imagine I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied. Here it is 3 weeks later and she has yet to call to schedule. I called again today and she said I just needed to get over it. I asked to speak to the owner but of course he is unavailable and there is no time for me to call to speak with him. I expressed my extreme unhappiness and again I was told to get over it. She had no estimated time to expect to schedule him again nor do I expect to hear from the owner. She has promised return calls before and has not followed through. I asked for the portion of the fees I paid be returned so I could attempt to schedule him somewhere else and I was told that wasn't possible because if I did that, then they would not receive his certificate showing he completed the class portion. I would have been a much happier customer if I had been provided better customer service along with an expected drive time. I have another son about to go through driving school and he will NOT attend The Driving School. They are a joke and I am now on my way to BBB to file a complaint there. Read Less
