I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I wish we would’ve saved our money and done an online class with parent driving instruction. My son’s school doesn’t offer drivers ed, and since this is the only one in the area, we used it. 1) you pay upfront and are told you will choose your driving times on the day of class. What they DIDN’T tell us was that it would be two months later for that part. 2) This is a husband/wife team. The man is the one who did my son’s first day of driving session. The instructor was impatient, irritable, short-tempered with a quick fuse, disrespectful, and rude. If my son asked a normal, learning-to-drive question, the “instructor” would roll his eyes, sigh, and act completely exasperated at having to answer (also known as TEACHING). My son said the guy yelled constantly (no, not like a disaster was about to happen—-just general yelling because he was grumpy). These instructors are quite old, and based on my son’s experience, it seems like it is definitely time for them to retire. If they can’t teach driving in a calm manner then it’s time to quit. Don’t be fooled like me by the “Christ centered” business model spoken of online. The instructor was completely opposite of that. I have had two children go through the driver's ed class with New beginner driving School. And I'm happy to report that they are both amazing drivers. The staff was friendly and they took care of them during the entire time of their class and driving sessions. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them. Since my daughter was ready to drive we went with this school because it was local& we passed by it frequently. However the business is unorganized and the customer service is HORRIBLE. The people you talk to on the phone don’t behave in a professional manner, it feels like I’m bugging them even if I asked a question or was unclear about anything. The business hours are posted but no one barely answers the phone. I was hoping I just caught the employees on a bad day but my experience was bad every time. My daughter was able to complete the class but the on road experience wasn’t enough so if you choose this school be prepared to do extra practice driving. It’s too late obviously to go to another school but I’m sure to tell everyone who asks me about my experience that this business is really rated a 0 out of 5. Read Less
