They have a couple great instructors that will definitely teach you how to drive a truck. HOWEVER, there is an old instructor name “Art” that does not have a problem with you knowing that he does not like black people. And the guy that runs the CDL program name is Ian Wilson, he is also an examiner for the actual test. In my opinion, Ian purposely failed me in order to make me pay the 300$ to retest. I had to file a grievance in order to take the test again for free. If the Tri-C location is close to your home, then, I would go. But if not, I would recommend you go to Greatlakes Trucking School. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CDL CLASS A TEST HERE!!!!! IN THE WORDS OF MY ETI INSTUCRTOR "THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB AND I GOT JIBBED"!!! DIDNT GET PASSED MY PRE TRIP. I MISSED 5, POINTED OUT AND SAID EVERYTHING ELSE. IAN THE STATE EXAMINER FAILES ME. EXAMPLE, MY FUEL TANK IS PROPERLY SECURED ITS NOT CRACKED BROKEN OR LEAKING. HE MARKED IT DOWN AS WRONG BECAUSE I DIDNT BEND DOWN ON MY KNEES AND CHECK FOR A LEAK. HE MARKED DOWN ALOT OF THINGS BEING WRONG EVEN THOUGH I SAID THEM. PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS. DO NOT GO HERE. THEYRE ARE OTHER TESTING SITES. AND WHAT SUCKS IS EVEN THOUGH MY INSTRUCTORS KNOW I GOT SCREWED OVER, I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR RETEST.
