Absolutely horrible support and driver scheduling. It's taken us almost 10 months to get 3 out of 4 lessons scheduled, they never have availability. We check the website 6-10 times a day, 7 days a week. We've written emails and usually get zero response. When we call, the vast majority of time, no answer. If at all possible, find another service, this is ridiculous.

This company is absolute bullshit. Paid $500 for their package that included the online class and the behind the wheel. Completed the online portion and been waiting for a month now for the behind the wheel portion. There is never any time slots available and their entire system is downright horrendous. When you try to reach out to them they never answer. Would highly recommend finding a different place. Planning on demanding my money back. Ounce again this company is absolute bullshit with terrible service and communication.

So far we are off to a bad start. My son took the classes at Madison HS and so far we are 3 weeks without being able to schedule in car instruction. They are 4-6 weeks out for appointments and DO NOT ...
So far we are off to a bad start. My son took the classes at Madison HS and so far we are 3 weeks without being able to schedule in car instruction. They are 4-6 weeks out for appointments and DO NOT CARE!!! They take your money and tell you "oh well". Save your money and find a better company. Terrible experience and customer service and they have nothing to do with the school they just rent a room for instruction.

My son took online classes, but did not get around to his in car lessons for a year. When we inquired about doing them now, we were informed that we would need to pay the entire fee again. I underst...
My son took online classes, but did not get around to his in car lessons for a year. When we inquired about doing them now, we were informed that we would need to pay the entire fee again. I understand that by law, he needs to retake the class, and I have no problem paying for that. I did, however, expect some kind of discounted rate due to the fact that we already paid for the in car training but never received that instruction. I don’t generally like paying for services that I never receive.

you pay all this money for them to learn my daughter only did maneverability 1 time she said she was rushed the 2nd time because someone else was waiting I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN

My son took online classes, but did not get around to his in car lessons for a year. When we inquired about doing them now, we were informed that we would need to pay the entire fee again.
