Thank you for getting my daughter's in and scheduled quickly for BTW training! They have a busy schedule and leave for college in August! We would have skipped driver's ed, but Ohio changed the laws.

Our experience with Swartz Driving School was outstanding from start to finish!
We got a late start and were concerned that it might take our daughter all summer to complete her requirements and earn her driver's license. Thankfully, the team at Swartz went above and beyond to help make the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They did everything they could to accommodate our schedule, ensure our daughter completed her in-car driving lessons, and get her driving test scheduled in a timely manner.
Our daughter had the opportunity to drive with Kevin, Tammie, and Max, and each of them was absolutely fantastic. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and informative, helping her build both her skills and confidence behind the wheel. Their encouragement and professionalism made a tremendous difference.
The office staff was equally impressive. Every interaction—from scheduling lessons to completing the driving test—was pleasant and professional. The entire team was organized, thorough, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed.
The best part? We now have a licensed driver! We couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend Swartz Driving School to any family looking for quality driver education.

We choose the online classes, it's the same anywhere. You're on your own time. So it was easy.
The stars I'm giving are for the in-car instructors that my son had. I took my son to the Grovecity location. They are nice, patient and attentive. My son is a nervous beginner. He had the SAME instructor for 3 of his session, so the instructor knew what needs improvement. Ted took his time to come talk to me with tips and advise after each drive.
DO NOT GO TO THE WESTERVILLE LOCATION FOR IN-person DRIVE.
I took my other teen there and it was aweful. The instructors were on their phone the whole drive and was not very attentive. My daughter also has 3 different instructors for 4 of her drive and none of them talk to me or give me update on her improvement. My teen told me that she didn't learn anything.

I can't say enough about Tammy as a driving instructor. She is patient, understanding and amazing. She assisted me and my son tremendously and I am taking my 18 year old daughter who is scared to drive only to her!!! She is the best and deserves to be recognized because teaching teen drivers isn't always easy. Thank you Tammy :) You are the absolute best at your job they are lucky to have you.

Awful non-courteous, non-caring, mean, black woman answers phone and blurts out it's $329. I'm definitely not going there to experience any more of that attitude.

I loved the learning and how to drive safely and smartly too. I loved the instructor Karen sue Adkins. She is funny and very smart she has taught the drivers ed class for 30 years.

My experience is they do not return phone calls for scheduling in cars. After 4 phone calls without a call back now they are overbooked more than 45 days and did not tell at the time of sign up. No ...
My experience is they do not return phone calls for scheduling in cars. After 4 phone calls without a call back now they are overbooked more than 45 days and did not tell at the time of sign up. No refund offered. I should have asked for driving schedule before signing up.

I don't believe that you get a good deal for the money when taking this driving course. $350 and my son still did not pass the maneuverability part of the driving test. His instructor had him practice just twice on this part, telling him he did so good he didn't need to keep practicing. And now, they've removed the cones where he could go to practice and wouldn't tell make why or if they had put them somewhere else when I called. I feel ripped off.

Our experience with Swartz Driving School was outstanding from start to finish!
We got a late start and were concerned that it might take our daughter all summer to complete her requirements and earn her driver's license. Thankfully, the team at Swartz went above and beyond to help make the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They did everything they could to accommodate our schedule, ensure our daughter completed her in-car driving lessons, and get her driving test scheduled in a timely manner.

The stars I'm giving are for the in-car instructors that my son had. I took my son to the Grovecity location. They are nice, patient and attentive. My son is a nervous beginner. I can't say enough about Tammy as a driving instructor. She is patient, understanding and amazing. She assisted me and my son tremendously and I am taking my 18 year old daughter who is scared to drive only to her!!! My experience is they do not return phone calls for scheduling in cars. After 4 phone calls without a call back now they are overbooked more than 45 days and did not tell at the time of sign up. No refund offered. I should have asked for driving schedule before signing up.

I don't believe that you get a good deal for the money when taking this driving course. $350 and my son still did not pass the maneuverability part of the driving test. His instructor had him practice just twice on this part, telling him he did so good he didn't need to keep practicing. And now, they've removed the cones where he could go to practice and wouldn't tell make why or if they had put them somewhere else when I called. I feel ripped off.
