One of the driving instructors Jacqueline was trying to be very intimidating to my child. She lacked patience for being an instructor and was just not very good at coaching young children trying their best to meet her standards. My child is very receptive to constructive criticism, but that's not how Jacqueline came across. It was night and day difference with the instructor Ed. He was very encouraging and confirmed my daughter is a great driver and I already knew this because we had been driving since the day she got her permit.

Would not recommend at all. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, they took my name and also charged my card but forgot to schedule the appointment. I showed up to the office and the guy was completely un apologetic and offered no solutions rather than reschedule. When I first got there he said he didn't even have my name in the system. After a little pushing and showing him the charge on my phone, he suddenly found my file but still had no reason my lesson wasn't scheduled. I had to take a day off work for the lesson!

best driving school ever. I am very happy with them. I scheduled my daughter for all classes and in cars. The in cars were scheduled far apart but I called and asked about getting sooner for anyone who cancels and they called when a cancelation came up and was able to get her finished sooner. They were very polite and respectful. This was very smooth. They also answered all my emails promptly and quick. I even rented a car from them for my daughter to test in and before the test they let her practice her maneuverability which was amazing. All in all I will be recommending them to everyone. Great job. Keep up the amazing good work. Thank you so much.

Our experience with First Drive Driving School was exceptional. Due to my son’s busy schedule, we were concerned with getting to the classes. We were assured that he could complete each course day as it was offered even if it was out of sequential order. They teach the same material on each numbered day to make this possible for their busy students (Ex. Day 1 material is the same each time day 1 is offered). The in-car driving sessions were easily scheduled in one phone call. The in-car instructor was on time, kind and patient. We were put at ease knowing this school has a specific curriculum and driving route for each in car session allowing my son to experience specific driving situations such as Downtown and the highway with the comfort of a knowledgeable instructor by his side.

My fiance took an adult driving class there last summer. Paid the required money, took the required class and was told the certificate would be mailed to us. It is now January and we still do not have this needed document! They keep stating the person who is needed to assist is "not in the office" or they are "not available". Nothing worse than paying for a service and NOT having the needed proof of it.

Awful experience. Terrible customer service, very unresponsive, and overall a bad business. I would not recommend this school to anyone. I would rate it 1 star out of a million stars.

Would shop around; Rigid company and policies, not customer friendly, disturbing instructors, and leadership fails to follow through on requests. Not very professional - Enough so that I would take the time to post this consumer warning. One our children attended but our additional students will not be using this facility sadly. Consumer beware! Good Luck!

The front desk girl is a moron. I asked to sign up my brother for driving class and she treated me like i was an idiot. " why does an 18-year-old need to go to driving school? Why doesn't he just take the test?" Because he's never driven before and would feel better having some practice. Unprofessional and lost our Business.

My daughter did her 8-hours of in-car with First Drive. Each instructor she had was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend First Drive.

I wouldn't let my kids go here. Today, 12-19-15, at 9:50 am, I was in the car with my wife on Main St. In Hilliard where the two roundabouts are near Speedway and the high school. This kid pulls out right in front of us in the roundabout and the instructor (some old guy with glasses) didn't even react. He wasn't even looking! He was looking straight forward. No wonder people in Hilliard don't know how to use roundabouts if they got taught by this guy.

My daughter is currently enrolled in Driver's Education classes at the Hilliard First Drive School. After four days of class, my daughter reported that she must show up early every day - in order to have a seat. They knowingly overbooked this class, and are turning away students who show up last, even though these students have enrolled in this session of classes and paid.

I was hesitant to go somewhere other than Top Driver, or Advantage because those were the two I had heard the most about... but I can confidently say this driving school is amazing. So far its better than any others I have heard of. I had heard horror stories from others about other driving schools about the driving instructors throwing there feet up on the dash, eating in the car, and sometimes even SLEEPING! You be assured nothing like this happens at First Drive. They're extremely patient and understanding. Before I chose this driving school I sent them an email to ask a few questions and was responded to within the day. They are absolutely the best around.

One of the driving instructors Jacqueline was trying to be very intimidating to my child. She lacked patience for being an instructor and was just not very good at coaching young children trying their best to meet her standards. My child is very receptive to constructive criticism, but that's not how Jacqueline came across. It was night and day difference with the instructor Ed. He was very encouraging and confirmed my daughter is a great driver and I already knew this because we had been driving since the day she got her permit.

Would not recommend at all. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, they took my name and also charged my card but forgot to schedule the appointment. I showed up to the office and the guy was completely un apologetic and offered no solutions rather than reschedule. When I first got there he said he didn't even have my name in the system. After a little pushing and showing him the charge on my phone, he suddenly found my file but still had no reason my lesson wasn't scheduled. I had to take a day off work for the lesson!

best driving school ever. I am very happy with them. I scheduled my daughter for all classes and in cars. The in cars were scheduled far apart but I called and asked about getting sooner for anyone who cancels and they called when a cancelation came up and was able to get her finished sooner. They were very polite and respectful. This was very smooth. They also answered all my emails promptly and quick. I even rented a car from them for my daughter to test in and before the test they let her practice her maneuverability which was amazing. All in all I will be recommending them to everyone. Our experience with First Drive Driving School was exceptional. Due to my son’s busy schedule, we were concerned with getting to the classes. We were assured that he could complete each course day as it was offered even if it was out of sequential order. They teach the same material on each numbered day to make this possible for their busy students (Ex. Day 1 material is the same each time day 1 is offered). My fiance took an adult driving class there last summer. Paid the required money, took the required class and was told the certificate would be mailed to us. It is now January and we still do not have this needed document! They keep stating the person who is needed to assist is "not in the office" or they are "not available". Nothing worse than paying for a service and NOT having the needed proof of it.

So far its better than any others I have heard of.
