I have had the worst experience with this driving school to the point of writing a review (I never write reviews and keep things to myself).
Their processes are not all clear on their site. I called the office multiple times with no response. Their chats online are fast to get back to you but when I got on a call with their office the girl had a super mean tone from the start talking slowly to me and at the end of the call she spent an extra minute complaining about how people always call with these questions and that it should be obvious and she even laughed (I tried to end the call quickly after with a “thank you” because even those comments were belittling and unprofessional).
Then I failed my road test portion so after the call realized I’m not signing up for regular lessons - I had to fill out an extra form so I can do abbreviated adult courses. So once that was scheduled I took my lessons right away. On a Sunday the instructor said he’d submit paperwork to the driving school so I can get a certificate of completing so I can retake my road test and it can take up to a week to get from them. He didn’t even submit the paperwork! Its now Friday after our last lesson and I had to follow up myself through chat on their site and through the instructor through text. Why do I have to follow up if he’s an instructor from their school?
I’m so tired of the inconsistencies and having to follow up. It feels wrong since I spent so much money and time.

If you can help it don't attend this driving school there's so many others that are professional and actually have instructors available for behind the wheel. It literally took us 3 months to book BTW classes because they don't have instructors and they are always booked or don't have any times available. Customer Service is a joke and the girls always have nasty attitudes. Save yourself some time and energy and go to 911 Driving School

Rafat was awesome!!!! He was very informative and direct but he does this because he wants to make sure you make as little errors as possible. He’s kind, friendly and has a good sense of humor. I passed my road exam with no mistakes!!! Now I’m licensed and ready to go! Thank you Rafat!

Man, the best and cheapest driving school around! Jerome, the classroom teacher, is the funniest and most interesting man I've ever met. He makes what would normally be a dull 4 hour long class exciting and full of laughs. The incars are smooth and simple. I definitely recommend Rafat. The kindest man on the planet. I felt like I was driving with a friend instead of a teacher. He is super encouraging and cares about your comfort and well being. Great experience all around!

Man, the best and cheapest driving school around! Jerome, the classroom teacher, is the funniest and most interesting man I've ever met. He makes what would normally be a dull 4 hour long class exciting and full of laughs. The incars are smooth and simple. I definitely recommend Rafat. The kindest man on the planet. I felt like I was driving with a friend instead of a teacher. He is super encouraging and cares about your comfort and well being. Great experience all around!

If i could give this place negative stars i would, aside from being completly disorganized and incapable of delivering what was promised they blew us off during the in-car lessons close to a dozen tim...
If i could give this place negative stars i would, aside from being completly disorganized and incapable of delivering what was promised they blew us off during the in-car lessons close to a dozen times. Their classroom is falling apart and the so called 'teachers' are worthless. This is a absolute scam, just have your child wait till they are 18 its not worth the trouble.

Rafat took a person who hadn't been behind the wheel of a car since Driver's Ed in High School many many many years ago and manage to soothe the nerves and instill confidence in someone who has witnessed some really horrific driving in Greater Cleveland. I passed on the first try. He went to the trouble of making diagrams and explanations for me to study. He was always encouraging even when correcting my mistakes.
Thanks so much for everything.

I have had the worst experience with this driving school to the point of writing a review (I never write reviews and keep things to myself).
Their processes are not all clear on their site. I called the office multiple times with no response. Their chats online are fast to get back to you but when I got on a call with their office the girl had a super mean tone from the start talking slowly to me and at the end of the call she spent an extra minute complaining about how people always call with these questions and that it should be obvious and she even laughed (I tried to end the call quickly after with a “thank you” because even those comments were belittling and unprofessional).

It literally took us 3 months to book BTW classes because they don't have instructors and they are always booked or don't have any times available. Customer Service is a joke and the girls always have nasty attitudes. Save yourself some time and energy and go to 911 Driving School

Rafat was awesome!!!! He was very informative and direct but he does this because he wants to make sure you make as little errors as possible. He’s kind, friendly and has a good sense of humor. I passed my road exam with no mistakes!!! Now I’m licensed and ready to go! Thank you Rafat!

If i could give this place negative stars i would, aside from being completly disorganized and incapable of delivering what was promised they blew us off during the in-car lessons close to a dozen times. Their classroom is falling apart and the so called 'teachers' are worthless. This is a absolute scam, just have your child wait till they are 18 its not worth the trouble.

Rafat took a person who hadn't been behind the wheel of a car since Driver's Ed in High School many many many years ago and manage to soothe the nerves and instill confidence in someone who has witnessed some really horrific driving in Greater Cleveland. I passed on the first try. He went to the trouble of making diagrams and explanations for me to study. He was always encouraging even when correcting my mistakes.
