We've now used Behind the Wheel for two of our kids and have had great experiences both times. Most recently, our instructor Nick was friendly, patient and genuinely seemed to care about helping new drivers learn and build confidence behind the wheel.
Scheduling was easy and accommodating around a busy teenager's schedule of sports, work, and travel. A couple of years ago, our older son worked with Jon and had an equally positive experience.

Phil was a great instructor for my son and is highly recommended! My son can now perform his maneuverability tests and even parallel park with ease. Also, we were able to get on the schedule within 3 weeks of signing up and completed the 8-hour teen driving course in a week at a great price!

As a 53 year old initiate to the Ohio driver's ed requirements I could not have used a better school than BTW. Joe and his team have been fantastic. My instructor was Kevin - I can't thank him enough for the time and effort in helping me align to the Ohio driving requirements. I am more than ready for the final test! Cheers.

My son Tristin had a wonderful experience with Behind the Wheel Driving School, especially with his instructor, Don. They were able to get him scheduled so quickly, which we really appreciated.
Don was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout every lesson. He made the learning process feel comfortable and stress-free, which really helped build my son’s confidence behind the wheel. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never rushed or made my son feel pressured. His calm demeanor and positive attitude made such a difference, especially for a new driver who may feel nervous starting out.
Thanks to Don’s great instruction, my son passed his driving test on the first try! We’re so grateful for the experience, and I fully plan on sending my daughter there in August as well. I highly recommend Behind the Wheel Driving School and Don to anyone looking for a supportive and professional driving instructor!

We are so pleased with the service received from Behind the Wheel Drivers Ed. They were easy to contact and great with communication during our time on the waitlist. Once we were scheduled for the four in car sessions, the automated text message reminders were incredibly helpful. They even picked our daughter up for two of her lessons from Sycamore High School.
The instructor, Don, was warm and genuine. He was thorough, patient, and reassuring while helping our daughter feel more confident in preparing for her driving test. We never felt rushed if we had questions and he made our daughter feel very comfortable. We are incredibly grateful to Don and the entire staff of BTW!

The classes were fun and the instructed driving was even better. The instructor (Joe) was so kind and helpful throughout the entirety of the classes. 4 hour long classes, but thankfully there were only 6 in total, which was shorter than a lot of driving schools I heard about from others. I still recommend this as the place to go to

The instructor (Joe) is amazingly chill and very fun. He teaches you what is necessary to know and in a way that's no where near boring. As well, his in car portion is always enjoyable because at least he wont be awkwardly silent the whole time. :)

We've now used Behind the Wheel for two of our kids and have had great experiences both times. Most recently, our instructor Nick was friendly, patient and genuinely seemed to care about helping new drivers learn and build confidence behind the wheel.

We are so pleased with the service received from Behind the Wheel Drivers Ed. They were easy to contact and great with communication during our time on the waitlist. The classes were fun and the instructed driving was even better. The instructor (Joe) was so kind and helpful throughout the entirety of the classes. 4 hour long classes, but thankfully there were only 6 in total, which was shorter than a lot of driving schools I heard about from others. I still recommend this as the place to go to
