The way my teen son was treated during his classroom sessions was completely unacceptable and outright disrespectful. An instructor actually told him they were surprised he did well on the written test because they fully expected him to fail—and said that directly to his face. That alone tells you everything about their attitude toward students. Before the winter storm, they canceled class and then rescheduled it without bothering to check what day worked for anyone. Because of their decision, my son had to call off work and ended up getting written up by his employer. To make it even worse, they then tried to charge me an extra $57 for rescheduling due to his work schedule—even though they were the ones who canceled in the first place. When it came time for the driving portion, I repeatedly called the instructor just to find out where my son was supposed to be dropped off or where to meet them. After five phone calls, not a single one was returned. I then called the main office and was told—yet again—to “check the website,” which is clearly their favorite excuse to avoid doing their jobs, and then I was hung up on. Every single interaction we’ve had has been dismissive, condescending, or outright rude. It’s painfully obvious that once they have your money, they don’t care about you or your child at all. You are treated like an inconvenience they want to get rid of as quickly as possible. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will not be bringing my next child here. I would rather drive farther and pay more than ever deal with this level of disrespect and incompetence again. Read Less

i absolutely loved sandy!! im a nervous wreck when it comes to driving, so when i booked my in-cars EVERYONE told me to book with Sandy and she did not disappoint!! She's the most helpful and very calming to be around! I really enjoyed talking to her and the time i spent with her! Read Less
