I had a great in-car experience here! My driving instructor for the major of my sessions was Jim. He is great at his job and knows what he is doing! I highly recommend him as an instructor!! And he was very helpful with working with me and my busy schedule! Which I greatly appreciated!!

Old man was very rude and disrespectful would not recommend. He yelled a lot and even made me cry. Delores ripped the steering wheel from my sister's hands but Jim was nice and very helpful

Since Frenzels has outsourced their business you can't get done what you need to to get your kids licensed. I had 3 at one time going through the program- needed different accounts with different ema...
Since Frenzels has outsourced their business you can't get done what you need to to get your kids licensed. I had 3 at one time going through the program- needed different accounts with different emails. Half the time no one answers the phone and you may get a phone call back withing 24 hours. No times available for weeks to schedule for driving. Was supposed to send an invite for my kids to take their online test and never received it. I have been trying since the beginning of March to get my 3 through driving school to get licensed and now it the end of June. Will not be coming back here with my next 2 drivers. The only thing good were the drivers in the cars were nice.

My husband and I wanted our son to have something more than just getting his book work off the internet. Something that he could see how serious driving a car was than driving one off an xbox or ps4 ...
My husband and I wanted our son to have something more than just getting his book work off the internet. Something that he could see how serious driving a car was than driving one off an xbox or ps4 and taking him to Frenzel's was just the right place. Not only did he get first hand bookwork but also the driving portion was terrific. Yes, he may have said the one instructor was a little bit moody but he also said he was the one who taught him the most. And he loved Delores and appreciated how patient she was when asking questions. This driving school is not only reasonable but also willing to take payments which help us out tremendously. With the help of this school and the instructors, our son was able to go out and get his license on the first try which is more than we expected.

Delores is always helpful and patiently answers my questions. Both of our children used Frenzel's. Our family has always been pleased with them. Kids never complained about any rudeness or racism.
