Their customer service group is absolutely terrible! They hang up on you, put you on hold and then hang up on you, when you do finally get to talk to someone they are rude and have zero customer service skills. I think they're paid to be terrible to you and such as much money out of you as possible. This place is an absolute scam! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I was in professional driving school and my driver Sam E was extremely unprofessional. He had the audacity to ask me if i knew how to fill a gas tank AND if I had money on me to pay for his gas. the o...
I was in professional driving school and my driver Sam E was extremely unprofessional. He had the audacity to ask me if i knew how to fill a gas tank AND if I had money on me to pay for his gas. the only way I got out of it was because I lied and said I didn’t know how to put gas in a car and said I didn’t have any money on me. Who asks a high school student to pay for this gas, BEYOND unprofessional.
On top of that, he was a chronic smoker and was always taking smoke breaks multiple times during our sessions; sometimes with me sitting idle in the car doing nothing and he’d be standing outside smoking.
He would also never respond to any messages regarding our scheduled sessions.
Please stay far away from this “professional” school.

We had a great experience with this school for all three of our sons. Rafat was the behind the wheel instructor for all 3 boys starting with our oldest in 2020 and ending with our youngest this month....
We had a great experience with this school for all three of our sons. Rafat was the behind the wheel instructor for all 3 boys starting with our oldest in 2020 and ending with our youngest this month. Our boys loved him - he is patient, calm, knowledgable and funny. Our boys still talk about him fondly. He is a great teacher, he’s encouraging, helpful and emphasizes safety. Always on time and always polite! 5/5⭐️

I was a student for the BTW and my experience was amazing! My instructor Rafat was incredibly helpful and kind and taught me many things. I feel confident and better about my driving after working with him! 100% recommend!!

100 percent recommend Rafat for the instructor. He is the most patient instructor you can get in northeast Ohio! He helped me build confidence in driving in every session and calmed me down with good chats before the exam. I am very grateful to have him as my instructor!

I was very offended when I when I came here to schedule my adult driving classes. I am 24 and I was treated like a young child. The woman at the counter, I don't know her name but she had dark hair an...
I was very offended when I when I came here to schedule my adult driving classes. I am 24 and I was treated like a young child. The woman at the counter, I don't know her name but she had dark hair and glasses, barely made eye contact with me and didn't address me when talking about their availability. She addressed the person I was with over me, even though that person had nothing to do with scheduling these classes. I tried to make it obvious that I am the one that's paying for, taking, and scheduling the classes, but she would not even look me in the eye and was telling the person I was with when I could schedule.I know that typically these places deal with teenagers, but I think they should change their tone upon hearing that someone is an adult with a full time job.
