As every other reviewer has said. Go somewhere else. They do not have enough driving instructors and you will end up checking the schedule every day to try to find spots for your in-car driving. They only post them once a month and they go immediately. If you ask for help or bring it up they will tell you rudely that they have 6 months to get you your in-car from the time you finish classes. No other driving school is run this way.

I am having a horrible experience so far!! Please just go to another driving school, I should’ve listened to the reviews when they said IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN FOR IN CARS. I just got off the phone with one of their representatives, and she was completely short and rude with me. Their system is completely inefficient and I obviously payed 500 dollars for horrible communication and customer service.
The way their system works is that they post the schedule for in cars one time a month, for the following month. The window is about two hours to get in, and if you miss it ITS OVER. And then the option to set notifications for when availability opens, the representative told me on the phone straight up “ it doesn’t work” THEN WHY HAVE IT? The phone call went on to the representative just hanging up in my face without saying anything else. 0/10 experience.

Do not use this driving school, seriously. Scheduling in-cars is an unbearable process where a response to an email takes a week to come. Month three of trying to find open in-car appointments after checking everyday for the schedule to be sent out. I highly recommend taking in-cars elsewhere, the only thing I recommend is the online knowledge academy, other than that, look elsewhere.

When driving on a two lane road, you should never come to an almost complete stop to allow another car to merge over. The other car must wait for a safe opening to merge. The feeder road should be used to accelerate to at or near highway speeds, you should not try to merge on to the highway going 40 mph. You should never slow down by 25 mph when going around a slight bend in the road, particularly on the highway as this creates very unsafe conditions for every other driver on the road. Just a couple of helpful tips for your instructors, as they’ve clearly never been behind the wheel of a motor vehicle before, at least as far as I could tell from the one I was stuck behind earlier

This driving school does a great job. I love the way their classes are set up. It's perfect for kids with busy schedules. When it came time to do his in car lessons Adele went out of her way to fit him in a very busy schedule. We so much appreciated her willingness to work him in. 3 of my 4 kids went through this driving school, my oldest did not. I really wish I had know about this program for her too.

in class instruction was great (from reynoldsburg) but as far as properly reaching out to people to let us know that class was cancelled, EXTREMELY poor. In-car instructor didn't show up at the time scheduled and of course I couldn't reach the office NOR the instructor.

This has been a very very stressful experience. I look forward to speaking with the owner of this place. I have never had to go to BBB on any organization, but I have no other choice. This has caused a great amount of stress on myself and my son. People who pay, and have been so respectful and patient as we have been should not have to endure the extreme disrespect that we have received. Very Very Very Disappointed! I strongly recommend that you take the postings on this place very serious.
A. First day showed up on time.
B. 2nd appt., said they had to take husband to emergency and cancelled less than an hour of appt.
c. 3rd appt. a few minutes before appt. instructor rescheduled appt due to weather, which was not bad at all.
d. 4th appt, cancelled less than 10 minutes before appt. because of the flu, said they were in the hospital.
e. 5th appt. cancelled 5 minutes AFTER the appt. time... said they were having an asthma attack and will have to reschedule.
f. 6th appt. (last session) scheduled. Did a no show, did not contact us, did not respond to my text of phone calls the day of the appt. MIA literally!
I called the office and left a message. Hopefully I get a call back, and a full refund. I still have the text and will share with those I need to share this very stressful experience with. Unacceptable. Period.

Long story short... they teach you not to tailgate or be rude to people on the road, but they only contradict themselves when you begin in-cars. I have been tailgated and honked at by their instructor...
Long story short... they teach you not to tailgate or be rude to people on the road, but they only contradict themselves when you begin in-cars. I have been tailgated and honked at by their instructors for trying to drive safely on the roads. Very dirty establishment and I do not think that their cars can get any more outdated or overused. I do not recommend this driving school as they are honestly just looking for business and not concerned about the safety of drivers on the road.

They only post them once a month and they go immediately. If you ask for help or bring it up they will tell you rudely that they have 6 months to get you your in-car from the time you finish classes. This driving school does a great job. I love the way their classes are set up. It's perfect for kids with busy schedules. When it came time to do his in car lessons Adele went out of her way to fit him in a very busy schedule.
