Edit: I got rescheduled with a new instructor asap, they were very concerned about my experience with the previous instructor I had. My new instructor seems extremely nice and was in touch with me immediately. Th company itself isn’t an issue, it is the instructor I had. Thank you. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Holly as my instructor. I told her I have driving anxiety, but instead of being reassuring, she immediately brushed it off and made comments about how it’s “insane” that people wait to get their licenses and how my generation is “afraid.” What bothered me most wasn’t criticism of my driving, I did extremely well. It was the unnecessary, snappy, and judgmental remarks directed at me personally. She gave unclear directions, snapped at me for simply saying “mhm” and “yeah” while she was talking to show I was listening, and spent several minutes on her phone during the maneuverability portion of my lesson. She also had me get out of the car to reset the cones I accidentally knocked over. As a first-time driver, I left feeling more anxious than supported. I hope future students have a better experience. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of local driving instruction. My son took the classroom portion at Nordonia in November, but we were informed that in-car lessons are only available in Westlake. It is unreasonable to expect parents to commute over 40 minutes each way and wait for two hours because the company doesn't offer local pickups or drop-offs. A company shouldn't be partnered with a school district if they cannot provide the actual services in that area. Read Less

Waiting on George to give my husband a call back in regards to the receptionist or what ever position she holds, Michelle. Michelle has horrible customer service when dealing with paid customers. Her dismissive energy, lack of professionalism, and poor communication skills is extremely unfortunate to deal with when you are a paid customer. We already had to wait several months to schedule the driving portion of this program due to lack of driving instructors and had to travel several miles outside of our original Mayfield Heights location to receive instruction in Solon. We have been very patient and accommodating to this program. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I can’t wait until this entire process is completed, so we no longer have to deal with them. Please do better, especially with our children. Read Less
