Entrust your child's driving instruction to the Emergency Responder professionals @911 Driving School. Invest your money and time wisely. I highly recommend 911 Driving School. I researched several teen driving schools in the Greater Cleveland area when deciding where to enroll my grandchild, and I chose this one after carefully reading all reviews—both negative and positive, old and new. I also reviewed the information on their website, called the office, and asked questions. My phone interactions were pleasant, and all of my questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. After doing my own research, I decided this was the school best suited to my family's needs. Although some reviews stated that it took time to complete the Behind the Wheel- BTW driving portion (which it did), I understood this beforehand because I had read the website and spoken with the office. Therefore, my expectations were realistic. There was no hidden agenda; everything was disclosed upfront. Additionally, teens must hold a temporary permit for six months before they are permitted to take the driving exam anyway, so there is a waiting period regardless. All of the schools I researched were comparable in pricing, most with terrible reviews expressing the same complaints. I was attracted to the fact that all 911 instructors are or were emergency responders. My grandchild liked both of his instructors. In his words, “They were nice, informative, and patient.” The front office staff member, Jessica, was kind, helpful, and extremely patient during every call. She assisted me with scheduling driving sessions whenever needed. My grandchild completed his training yesterday and received his certificate of completion the same day. Kudos to his last instructor, Knauss, whom I had the opportunity to meet yesterday. He was absolutely wonderful and has such a caring spirit. Not everyone has the demeanor to work with youth, but he is perfect for the job. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet his other instructor, "Annie", but my grandchild spoke very highly of her as well. I have mental health issues, so usually, I hate classes, especially in person, but I decided to try in-person classes at 911 Driving School. I was nervous and had my fair share of hardships, but I powered through. The students were surprisingly kind. I was worried I would get bullied or out of place- but nope! Also, the staff were very kind. They listened to me when I had a bad day and helped me get through it. Plus they are very lenient on work/tests to everyone but still help students learn. It would be really hard to fail their classes. Like really hard, because they're good. It's a good place, so give it a shot. The teachers are relatable and kind. They're also not the type of people who don't force a bunch of lessons and extra time. They want us to be happy AND learn. They're cool. My only complaint is that we can't sleep in their classes (which makes complete sense 😭). It challenged me in a good way, though! I have bad attendance (1-3 times a week of school) but I managed to go every day that the Driver's Ed took place. It was a nice environment. Read Less

This is a great driving school, but it is not convenient. It took 4 months for my daughter to complete the program. The in cars end at the school, even though we live 5 miles away and I often had to leave work early to accomodate the almost 2 months worth of classes, then another 8 in-cars over the last 2 months. Not convenient at all. That being said, they do a great job. Krystal was our favorite driving instructor. My daughter is a very good, safe driver and she passed her drivers test in my Chevy Traverse on the 1st try. This makes it all worth it! Read Less
